Great diner for breakfast! Came with my family, food was excellent and not too salty. Even on a busy Saturday morning the vibe was good and the server was so nice & attentive. with family we enjoyed the ambiance and the food & we got coffee refills ☕️

I am a frequent customer at this diner which is very local to me. It’s a clean environment and the food is always hot and cooked just right. The waiters and waitresses are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable regarding the menus and food preparation. Management is very welcoming and treats each customer as a friend and with respect. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a quick cup of coffee with a slice of pie, this is the place to be.

This is my childhood diner. Food was still good however the younger servers could use a refresher on customer service skills. I was a waitress myself at one point and understand how seating works. Was sat by the older blonde server who was lovely. Went to use the restroom to come back to two individuals sat at my table by a young server, possibly a busboy? Another young server came out took the two new menus and rolled her eyes and apologized to only the 2 individuals who were sat at my table. Other than that everything was fine!

Good for a quick bite. Typical diner experience. The flavor of the food was not over the top amazing, but good. I enjoyed my milkshake and I got a meatball and spaghetti, the meatball was strangely sweet but i still ate it. My meal came with half priced desserts. The dessert was pretty good, also not out of this world. The chicken parmesean sandwich was kind of bland and plain. The servers and hosts were very kind, service was excellent. Rocky is an excellent waiter.

My family has been going here for years and we always felt it was decent food and good value. Regrettably I no longer feel this way. I’ve placed phone orders a few times in the last few months and went there the other day to sit down.
The last two phone orders were both missing items or requested substitutions. These were basic orders. We got a plain burger instead of the cheeseburger we ordered. Sweet potato fries that were requested as a substitution were left as regular fries. A dessert in another order several weeks ago was missed entirely. These are small things but you’re not driving back after you get home and kick your shoes off. I don’t want to go digging in the bag to make sure my order is right; the restaurant should be doing that itself.
The meal the other day was a disappointment. We were well ahead of the rush, so they weren’t swamped. The waiter didn’t seem to really care. He spilled coffee while pouring it and just walked away, leaving us to clean it up. No apology and no, “Be right back with a cloth.” He completely forgot to bring an item that was requested when he took the order. He didn’t ask if we wanted anything else before dropping the check without so much as a, “Thanks for coming.” The orders came out, but the foods were mixed up between people at the table and the home fries were barely warm. When I paid the check, again, no “Thank you.”
These guys were always spot on in the past. I’ve wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to a bad day, or them just being very busy. I get it. People get preoccupied, but it seems like there is always something missing these days.

Park Place Diner is our go-to spot in the neighborhood, and we never miss a chance to stop by. The potato pancakes are a must-try — we order them every time, and they’re absolutely amazing! The food is consistently great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. On top of that, the service is always top-notch, with friendly staff that makes every visit a pleasure. Highly recommend this diner for anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service!

Whenever I visit a new diner, I have a rule that I MUST order a burger and fries – as that is my barometer of finding a great diner. This cheeseburger deluxe was amazing! The patty was oversized and perfectly maximized the bun to burger ratio. It had an enjoyable grill taste, which was enhanced by the cool lettuce and tomato. I asked for crispy fries, and that’s exactly how they came out. We dropped in on a Saturday around noon and our server was Trish; even though she was hustling from table to table, she still made time to be extremely polite, attentive, and kind. It was a great meal and a perfect visit.
