A classic spot- miss it all the time since I have moved out of the neighborhood which only solidifies how good this place is. Great coffee, amazing breakfast wraps and sandwiches, so speedy and consistent and everyone is so nice. I dream of you, Park Place 2!!!

Had promised the SO that I would take him for breakfast sandwiches on a Sunday (our favorite). Timing was not great as we got there after the kitchen grill was closed (won’t make that mistake again). We were still able to have an egg salad sandwich, cream cheese bagel and a toasted blueberry bagel. Great variety of bagels and they are delish! They also do an impressive selection of sandwiches. Monday to Friday there is usually a line out the door, but the service is very efficient and the line moves quickly. There are only a couple of 2 seater tables available inside to sit down.

First time I went here bagel was good no problems. I returned because I was working in the area and the simple bagel with butter and jelly made me nauseous. Third time I got one of the wraps and like some turkey and cheese I believe a signature sandwich on a wrap though. Was good going down but when I got home in the bathroom stomach killing me.
So I vowed to never to go again, ……
Well back in the area again so I figure what could go wrong I just won’t order that signature sandwich right? I got a buttered bagel and the other with butter and jelly it smelled like and tasted like refrigerator. I’m sure you know what a refrigerator smells like so imagine the taste.
Not good. Nah man I’m done never going back here you couldn’t get me here to get a bottled water on a summer heat wave day.
It’s simple bagel butter and jelly, but maybe I got the special order because they don’t want me to come back here. But don’t worry I’m never ever going back. I guess this is what I get for breaking my cardinal rule of messing up my food once I don’t go back.

I’ve been coming to this bagel shop for years and have always supported them, but today was extremely disappointing. The shop wasn’t busy, yet I stood at the counter clearly waiting to order and was completely ignored. A man walked in after me, and the staff immediately greeted him while still saying nothing to me.
Only when I finally turned to leave did someone ask if I needed anything — at that point, it felt dismissive and too late. After being a loyal customer for so long, I expected better. Sadly, the service today made me feel like my business didn’t matter, and I won’t be rushing back.

Best bagel shop in Westchester, maybe even the whole state. I have been coming here for about 20 years. I live 20 mins away but gladly hop on the sprain and drive to Bronxville for the best mini bagels and iced coffee!

100% will never return. I wanted to like the shop especially because of how close it is to work, but their quality of food sucks. What makes it even worse is the price point for low quality food. It’s not common to order bacon on a sandwich, and it not be fresh in Queens. However, when I ordered my sandwich, they threw the bacon in the microwave obviously making it just very rubbery, not cooked and not sitting well with my stomach. Their lettuce was surprisingly not fresh either. Overall very disappointed and disgusted with the food quality especially since it’s so expensive. Definitely not returning.
