Welcome to the Park Lake Creamery! We are a gourmet chocolate, ice cream & coffee shop nestled on a quiet lake in Bath, MI. What makes us so different is that almost without exception, everything we serve is made from scratch, and from simple wholesome ingredients. We create a full selection of premium chocolates, fancy ice cream desserts and exquisite coffee drinks. You shouldn’t miss this local gem of a shop.
On a hot summer day there are a variety of options that always hit the spot: ice cream, shakes, and smoothies, including some of the adult variety if you are of age and so inclined.
The chocolates are second to none, and the peppermint parties and turtles are some of my favorite things to gift people on almost any occasion.
It’s all made by the owner, so menu items and flavor availability may change from day to day, but the staff is always an accommodating partner in getting you something that will knock your socks off.

This review is for the Konstantin J. Zsigo chocolates that you can buy in store. The chocolates were delicious. The espresso beans were devoured in minutes and the Lemon Fizz bar was unique and electric! Really loved them.

I haven’t had the ice cream yet but their chocolates are beyond Great! After trying their mandarin orange dark chocolate bar and turtles I just had to buy some for holiday gifts!! And since it was chilly outside I enjoyed a delicious cup of their hot chocolate.

Update: 11-12-2025 I just received the new Lemon Fizz Bar. This is the creation of Konstantin. You have to learn how to enjoy this treat. You have to let it simmer in your mouth and not eat it. The rich taste of Lemon with Cocoa Butter is simply opulent. The refinement of the flavor profile is so unique. The slight fizz as the bar dissolves in your mouth is a very gentle surprise.
Konny took the Dubai Pistachio Kataifi bar and perfectly created his version. He also took enough time to explain why most Dubai bars simply don’t make the cut.
We who follow Konny are waiting for his next creation. Thanks so much from Brooklyn, NY
This is the home of Konstantin J. Zsigo | Chocolatier. Konny is one amazing person. He is a TikTok sensation with his amazing videos on how to make the simplest of chocolate delights. That said he sells his chocolate delights online. To be honest, I don’t like buying stuff from TikTok but Konny has an online store so I took a chance. I am now on my second order. The chocolate selection is very creative. He takes the time to wrap it very creatively. It is definitely gift-ready. After I ordered, I was emailed every step of the way. The chocolate I received was first-rate in quality, creativity, and flavor. I am going out of my way to put this review up because this is a real find. His online content is well worth a view. Many thanks to Konny for a great experience. I would post pictures but I ate the chocolate already.
April 9, 2025… Just got my latest care package from Konny. I ordered Ecuador Chocolate Bars. He made them at my request. The chocolate is intoxicating. Then I got some more Kataifi Bars. and a Chico sample. This is heaven on earth. I ordered his newest creation, the Tahini Molasses Bars. Konny is one of the greatest find on Tik Tok. He has given all of us such an amazing look into chocolate and how to create with it. There are no words to express my appreciation for all you have given us. Thanks so much Konny!! I saw a video on Tiktok of Konstantin making the viral Pistachio Kunafa chocolate bars and IMMEDIATELY wanted to try. When I visited his website, on 7/25 it said the next batch of bars would be shipping on 8/22. I placed my pre-order and counted down the days. The bars shipped from Michigan on the evening of 8/21 and I received them in Tennessee on 8/23. Packaging was fantastic! My ice packs were no longer cold at all but my bars were intact and not melted! I just had one of the bars and OMG, the chocolate is FANTASTIC. The filling doesn’t have too strong of a taste but the texture is HEAVEN-SENT. I’ve never enjoyed eating a piece of chocolate as much as today. I immediately wanted to order some more chocolates from this chocolatier but the website is SOLD OUT! Preorders are now for December!! Makes my heart happy. I will absolutely be checking back frequently so I can try some more goodies.

If you love ice cream don’t hesitate to try this local gem. Homemade everything… the coconut and peanut butter with caramel and whip was so good. I loved the chocolate pizzelle just because. My Hubby decided on butter pecan and strawberry, which was also delish. We grabbed Chocolate turtles and peppermint patties to go. I wouldn’t be upset about a return visit soon. It’s also picturesque and on a lake where you can rent kayaks and paddle boats. Sweet spot for a date night

Had the butter pecan ice cream cone and it was great. Rest of the family was happy with what they ordered as well. Order in total was 1 slushy, 3 milk shakes and 1 small ice cream. This is total waste over 30$ which is a bit crazy but hey maybe the tariffs are affecting them also…. My actual real complaint that let it at 3 stars was the staff. Would be nice if they paid attention when order instead of staring off into space. I shouldn’t have to repeat my self several times per item. Cashier is the first line of defense to make the best first impression for a customer. Clearly not wanting to be there or maybe the conversation with the crew inside was more important. Also allowing people to have their dogs unleashed is not ok. I don’t need a wondering dog over licking my leg and begging because the owner doesn’t want to watch their dog. ( I know that is not necessarily on the creamery but they could make a leash rule or enforce it )
So food was 5 star, staff 3 star, other customers having pet etiquette 1 star.

I hadn’t been to the Park Lake Creamery since the pandemic. Being my first time back I was really excited to have my favorite turtle Sunday. It had a sundae makeover and it wasn’t the same as before however I was very pleased. The staff was friendly. The fishes were happy to get their fish pellets and the sky was beautiful by the water. As always it’s one of my favorite spots to visit!
If you like real chocolate it’s there too!
