My husband and I love Park Hill Pizza! We usually order at least once a week and we have never once been disappointed. Not only is the food amazing but so are the folks who work there! My husband is usually the one who calls and I always know when Dina answers the phone because she always treats us like family when we order.
It’s so wonderful to have a place like this local to us that we can rely on when we need a meal. We order when we are celebrating, we order when we are sad and need a good comfort meal, we order when we host our friend group’s game night, and we order when we simply don’t have time to get to cooking ourselves.
A couple of specific call outs for how great they treat us:
When our cat died in September, a friend of ours called in a delivery from Park Hill for us as a gift. When we received it they left a really kind note on the pizza box. We were really thankful to have a delicious meal during that time.
Dina occasionally sends the delivery with an order of Baklava even if we didn’t order it. She also usually leaves a really nice note on the container. It really says a lot that they remember how much we love it despite how many customers I know they have. 🙂
One time we ordered delivery and I got an eggplant parm sub (which is delicious by the way!) The delivery person gave us the wrong sandwich. I didn’t complain, and was fine with what I received because every item on their menu is delicious. Not long after our doorbell rang and it was Park Hill correcting the mistake despite us not making a fuss about it. That was the only time we received the wrong item and it was corrected by them without us prompting them to do so.
As far as food goes, everything we have ever ordered has been phenomenal. I typically get a chicken caesar salad or a cheese pizza, and my husband loves their Veggie Supreme pizza. We usually include something like their jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, or baklava to go with it which is also made perfectly every time.
To summarize the long winded review…great food and great people. They treat their customers like family. The best place to get a good meal in Fitchburg. 🙂

This is a real shame… a few years ago this place used to have such good food but to be honest, going back after not eating here for a few years, it was a huge disappointment.
I’m not sure what happened to their food or whether or not they just don’t care but honestly it feels like they’re just phoning it in at extremely high prices.
Even looking back at the photos from a few years ago and the photos from a few weeks ago, you can spot the differences in the quality of their pizza. The cheese used to melt and crisp ever so slightly, now it just doesn’t melt at all.
Again this used to be a hidden gem that unfortunately changed for the worse. Bring back the old Park Hill Pizza recipe please.

Quite possibly the most unappealing pizza I’ve ever gotten. My entire family didn’t even want to try a slice and we ended up eating something else. Very gross pizza and an absolute waste of money. Floppy and tasted like cardboard. The execution was like a frozen pizza cooked on 500 degrees for 5 minutes.
Never again. Review for personal record so I don’t come back here. Yuck.

I used to love park hill but the last few times I got there pizza it’s been disgusting, I thought it may have been an off day the first time it happened but its clear that this is just the norm now. The cheese won’t even melt in the microwave and doesn’t taste the way it used to. I’d rather eat frozen pizza than this, just wasted my money and waited an hour and a half for my delivery .

Ordered a pizza and a sub. Pizza was good, very basic pizza shop style. The sub was full of meat and my husband said it was good.
Edit from my original review: took an hour and a half to get our pizza at 3pm on a Thursday. Got a bbq chicken tender pizza… it was grilled chicken and no bbq at all.

Food is great (I really love the food here esp the pizza I dont understand so many bad reviews on that part or why someone would order a whole pizza and the entire family not eat it.. spoiled people) However delivery driver a few years ago, middle aged guy, called and asked me for my card number again claiming it didnt go through when I ordered over the phone then I got small fraudulent charge spoofed to be from a hardware store, called store and they said they got a few calls from people regarding that and its not actually on their end at all, someone found a way to put a certain store name in the charge. I would never in all my life ever trust a pizza place with a card again, at least not a delivery guy. And yes the phone lady was condescending..they give a menu that has steak tip dinners listed, I asked for it and got “Honey we dont have STEak this is a pizza place” I don’t like when people call me honey and maybe the menu slips they attach to pizza boxes should be correct and not generic. But yeah the foods great just pay in cash.
