Had a great experience at Park City Brewing in Snyderville! I ordered the Cubano and it was good, very flavorful and well made, though I’d probably try something different next time just to mix it up. We also got the loaded nachos for the table and they were awesome, definitely recommend those.

My friends all really enjoyed their food too, everyone was happy with what they ordered. On top of that, the service was great, friendly, attentive, and fast without feeling rushed. Overall, a great spot with good food and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

The vibes here are so high. Great place to eat and chill. Our favorite was the Tatchos, imagine tater tot’s but nachos! Second favorite was the wagyu burger, it was amazing. We got the Asian bowl and to be honest it was not our favorite. I think it had like 3 bites out of it.

The nachos were good with the steak fajita add on. Then ordered the tacos which we ordered fish, chicken, and pork one of each the fish was top notch but chicken and pork not so much they were not very flavorful.
The service was outstanding. Over all I’d go again to try other menu items.
One last thing the cocktail prices were overpriced for what you got.

Ugh we were so disappointed with the food. We ordered the pretzel appetizer, buttered noodles for my son, chicken sandwich, and fish n chips. The pretzel buns (rolls? not sure what they were) were overcooked and dry. The noodles were undercooked. I got the Caesar as my side for the chicken sandwich, but the lettuce was wilted beyond belief. I told my husband (and the waiter) it tasted like they made it an hour before and it sat there waiting for someone to order it. With the fish n chips, the fish seemed like it was from the frozen section at the grocery store. Luckily the fries were good! And I had no complaints over the chicken sandwich. We have never been here before and we can confidently say we won’t return. The value of food we received for what we paid left us with a bad taste in our mouth (literally) and had us wishing we went anywhere else. Luckily the service was great and the waiter did take the extra I had to pay to get my Caesar as my side to the sandwich off the bill, so that was nice. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things, but after paying over $20 per person to eat we expected more, especially in Park City.

Incredibly delicious food, great beer, and friendly service. Gary was very nice and took care of us generously, even right before closing. The burger and chicken sandwich were tasty. One of their specials, tri tip philly cheese, was delicious. But the winner of the meals was the cream of mushroom soup. All 4 of us agreed it was one of the best soups we’ve ever had, especially in the Park City area. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Nice friendly brewpub with a nice selection of menu items. A solid selection of smooth brews…as well as ales, IPA etc. We tried the newer Rice beer… Yum. Staying in PC area for a couple of weeks and will return. Easy in and out. 2 Servers were also great in checking in on us several times…

Utah has been hitting the national lists of best beers and spirits for years now. And Park City Brewing is no exception to earning a place atop that list. You can find hard seltzer most places these days, and 2 out of 3 likely taste watered down, or over artificially sweetened, or have something else slightly “off” about them. This is where Park City Brewing shines. There is no greater Seltzer, and I would die on this hill, in this country, or possibly any country, than the Tropical POG Seltzer PCB makes. It is made with real fruit in a micro batch. It is heavenly. And they have other flavors that are also incredible! Peach and strawberry lemonade. They also have a small amount of cans available for purchase to take home.

Go here for the seltzer, seriously, but enjoy some great food while you’re at it. The chicken sandwich is great. The cheese curds are great. I can’t wait to go back more regularly. People need to know about this place.

Decent brewery in Park City with a lot of variety on tap. The happy hour menu is decent and offers a variety of tastes.

The food is decent and is a staple of bar food. Their pretzel bites are interesting, the cheese sauce is awesome for fries or taters.

Surprised to find a place that shows hockey games so that’s a bonus for me!

I’m from Boulder, CO and PCB is one of my favorite stops in Park City. Tyler, Billy, and everyone that I’ve interacted with have been an absolute delight. The food is yummy and the service FAR outweighs other establishments in the area. The beer is beyond tasty and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone has been exceptionally helpful with any questions I’ve had. Exactly what you want out of a local brewery. The energy and vibe is welcoming, casual, and cozy. Very thankful for such a good brewery spot in Park City!

Decent beer, but where are the fall and winter selections? Food was horrible. How can the owner eat the steak sandwich and think that’s acceptable? Nice staff but we were interrupted constantly because they don’t know what the other staff is doing for follow up or table service.
