Place has a different vibe. Sooo chill. Tons of seating. You can either be in the cafe orrrrr “at the station” .
We got in line and there were these French college kids ahead of us. Well, that group went from 2 kids to 12 in a hurry while we were just waiting behind them. Props to Amber for serving our order (Cortado and Pumpkin latte) first. Super cool of ya!

This is a great place to chill and wait for your train / ride! I got there at 7:00 am, and the whole area was clean and tidy. You can sit at the tables out front or at the chairs in the little nook in the back. (The back was pretty quiet when I was there.) The workers were really nice and got my drink to me quickly. They have a great selection of hot teas, which was greatly appreciated! They also have free wifi that worked great. Overall, my only complaint is that they aren’t open later!

Great coffee shop in a beautiful spot. Naturally, the prices are a bit high but the coffee quality is fantastic. The interior is actually quite underrated, they have a very peaceful and pleasant seating area in the back of the shop. I loved my mocha and loved sitting in Union Station to enjoy it. 5 stars!

Amazing place! They make a proper traditional cortado and their fancy pop tart was delicious. The staff were friendly and you can’t beat the awesome location being in the super tall ceiling and ornate Union station.

Very much impressed with their coffee. As a tourist who had visited the world war memorial museum and the union station opposite to it, this is a very good place to grab a cup of coffee. Glad they are not using too much of sugar. A little overpriced, but their coffee is great.

Let’s start with the coffee – that was very nice. The pastries not so nice, it was dry, lacked taste and overpriced, served with a complimentary side of zero personality from the staff. However what wins the extra star is the atmosphere of having a nice coffee relaxing inside the grand hall of this magnificent building. It is a prime location for sure, some seating with tables just outside the store front in a roped off section which is excellent. Unfortunately garbage was not cleaned from tables. Some seating around the side of the store front as well, should the front be full. Worth stopping for a coffee, however I would not recommend anything else.

I had an excellent latte here. The barista even made a little latte art tree on the foam! I wish I had tipped more.
Coffee is better than Starbucks. The beans they are currently using have a citrus zest after and a fresh finish.

Great coffee. Staff is super friendly. Beautiful design on the coffee. Also in the spirit of the season they actually gave me a bag of espresso. I was taken back. I hope the manager knows what good service is. Blessings on this holiday season. Merry Christmas. God bless.
