We had high hopes for Paris Asian House, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing for the price point.

On the positive side, the service was good—our waitress was attentive throughout the meal. However, the food didn’t quite hit the mark. The chicken in our dishes was flavorless and a bit tough, which made it difficult to eat since no knives were provided. The Pad Thai was particularly underwhelming; it had very few vegetables and lacked spice. We weren’t asked what spice level we preferred, and essentials like duck sauce or salt were missing from the table.

A few other details dampened the experience: the water had a strong chemical or ‘pool water’ taste, and we were surprised that egg rolls weren’t included given the cost of the entrees. Lastly, fortune cookies weren’t provided with the bill but were kept at the front door, which felt a bit awkward as we would have preferred to enjoy them at the table. Given the high price and the quality of the meal, we aren’t sure we would recommend or return.

The food is excellent. Best Asian food in Paris, by a long shot. Having moved to Paris from Dallas, the only thing I miss from the city is the variety of food. No Vietnamese, no Indian, no Thai, etc, but Paris House fills the gap for me.

Solid pad Thai, and the tuna tower is amazing. The shrimp appetizer is so good, I can’t even describe it. Just try it, it’s in the sampler appetizer.

I’ve eaten there more than a dozen times over the last 2 years, and I’ve never gotten bad food or service. Always excellent, every time. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely love the Bamboo House in Bonham so was very excited to see one in Paris. The food was delicious and came out quick. (Wasn’t as good as the one in Bonham tho) The building is large so there is allot of seating. But with that comes allot of noise. Wait staff dosen’t seem to be trained very well as far as their positions or how to do them. Our first waitress was rude and just decided after taking our drink order that she wasn’t going to wait on our table anymore. (Our second waitress was much better) Overall, until they get the kinks worked out its better to just go to the one in Bonham.

Very bland, very unseasoned, very small portions
Price is okay. Egg rolls were decent but the seasoning was missing. Very fast service and you can tell. Add a tad bit of seasoning and cook the shrimp longer. Maybe it had something to do with the time ordered (2020) but seasoning should be the standard

I picked up a Spicy Chicken Pad Thai. It was tasty. They gave me heat options from 1-4 and I went with a 3. It was hot but not too hot to enjoy and certainly cleared my sinuses. Delicious.

The sushi tasted good and was well presented. Wasabi is a little weak. Vietnamese/Chinese menu is pretty standard. The venue is ok. Good dinner overall and points for enough variety to accommodate different palettes.

For a place I was excited to eat at, this place was a major let down. Especially since it had so many good reviews. Normally I don’t leave reviews for places I do not enjoy, but I felt it was needed since again a lot of previous reviews were misleading.
One of the main things I will say is while the food is so pretty, it tastes extremely mid. By mid, I mean nothing spectacular or even a miss depending on your palate. Besides the fried rice that was awful, everything else had either way too much sugar added or some other seasoning. My family and I ordered in total: the Flat Noodles combo, Pho, Sesame Chicken, and Pad Thai. Out of those dishes only the Pho was enjoyed. The Sesame Chicken and Pad Thai were extremely sweet, not to mention you could not even taste the peanut sauce in the Pad Thai. The Flat Noodles on the other hand tasted what my dog’s breath smelled like. So that was not appetizing at all.
Visual wise the place is nice, while the service seems to be a hit or miss. Ours was a miss for the most part but not horrible.
Final verdict. This place is extremely overpriced for the food quality. I did not leave feeling like I got the quality I paid for. Premium prices were assigned to items that normally are considered basic items at other Asian restaurants. They also do not even show you the price for drinks on their menu or even what you have as options. The price is $2.50 per drink by the way according to the bill.
Considering the town has other better options, I would recommend going to those instead.

First time here. But it will not be the last. To start off, our server was very sweet. Of course, being the first time here, we ordered several items to try. We were not disappointed. The food portions were plentiful. We had to get to go boxes.

Took a quick trip to eat several different menu favs from the Paris House. Food was fresh, serving portions were large sized, service was great, restaurant was clean, lights were warm and inviting. Wait time to be seated after entering was almost nothing short of instant. Wait time after ordering was average 10-15 mins tops. Tables were neat and sturdy, chairs were cushioned and semi comfortable. Plates, and silverwares were clean. Sticks are available up on request. Staff made eye contact and communicated very well. Food came to the table exactly as ordered, and then some. And ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Will recommend as a must visit when in town to all.
