I tried this place once before when they first opened and didn’t like it but decided to give it another try and I’m glad I did! The cashiers were very nice and explained the banh mi sandwiches to me. Yes they are a little more expensive than other spots in town but they put way more meat and filling than those other places so I loved it. The banh mi was big and the meat/ fillings were really good 🙂 I got the special combination banh mi and the Paris by Night tea. The tea was okay, I think I will try another one next time but overall I really like this place and will be coming back.

Coming from someone who has tried nearly every coffee establishment in the triad this latte is one of the best. I’m a huge fan of ube lattes but they are hard to come across during this time of year. I decided to give Paris Banh Mi a shot and I’m so glad I did! Not only were they reasonably priced but the Ube flavor was perfect.

In need of a quick meal near the Colosseum, I decided to give Paris Banh Mi a try. Knowing that the gold standard of banh mis (Saigon) was just up the road, I entered this chain eatery with lowered expectations. While Ban Mi Paris’s rendition of its signature sandwich doesn’t compare favorably, it still offered a good overall experience.

If nothing else, Paris Banh Mi has menu variety in its favor. In addition to the titular sandwich, there are sandwiches on croissant buns, Korean corn dogs, apps, teas (regular and milk/bubble), coffees, vermicelli bowls, pastries, and more. Whether seeking a snack or a meal, a vegetarian or an omnivore, you will find something here. It also helps that the location is reasonably spacious, brightly lit, and clean.

I went with a special combination banh mi (pork roll, jambon, BBQ pork, pate, mayo, and veggies) and a jasmine green iced tea. After placing my order at the counter, there was a very short wait before it was called out for pickup. The sandwich was appreciably larger than banh mi I’ve had elsewhere, but at $8.25, it was also more expensive. It tasted fine, yet it gave the sense that something was missing: more heat from the jalapeno, more of a pickled flavor from the carrots, more flakiness from the bread. The tea was refreshing (and not at all sweet).

Paris Banh Mi wouldn’t be my first choice for a banh mi in Greensboro, but its variety and expediency make it a decent option for a fast Coliseum-area meal.

Firstly Saigon Bahn mi is better by far. We had a bánh mì and the Cheetos half & half corn dog. The bánh mì was small and long but good overall. The hotdog was good as well not bad expensive but good. We then ordered the egg rolls and they came out like lumpia very small and extremely nasty we returned them and was politely given a refund, so that’s a positive. Overall not bad. Strawberry milk slush was also good but again 7$ drink. Would come back though.

The restaurant is nice and clean, featuring cute decor and friendly staff. Being a bakery as well, it offers some delicious-looking desserts. I’ve only tried the pho and coffee drinks, and both were quite good. There’s also a freshly squeezed sugar cane drink available for order.

This is the first restaurant in the area I truly enjoyed. I love the mozzarella potato corndog and the half cheese/ sausage hot Cheeto corndog. The ramen corndog was a fun experience but I have my favorites. Their Thai popcorn chicken is delicious and the taro slush was yummy, I got mine with fruit jelly. The Paris fruit tea was delicious. This place is a hidden gem. You really can’t miss when you order here.

I was really craving banh mi today so I saw that this place was open and Saigon was not. They are a chain so I figured it would be pretty dependable. I ordered the chicken banh mi and lychee fruit tea, $16 plus tip. The tea was delicious, but I didnt realize it would have black tea with lychee. I wasn’t expecting it, but I should have asked. The chicken banh mi however… left a lot to be desired. The bread was delicious, but the chicken was dry and I found 2 bones in it. One was small, but the other was pretty sizable. The banh mi also seemed to be missing the mayo that makes banh mi as incredible as it should be. Also, when I got home, I immediately had to go to the bathroom for diarrhea. Not my idea of a good time. The staff was kind and courteous. I did hear someone loudly talking about throwing up in the back… I really wanted to like this place. I won’t be back here, sadly.

Edited to fix a typo.
