Mean employees
No respect for customer
Especially the seniors citizens
Don’t treat customers
Equally & respectfully
They are located in Elk Grove blvd, Elk Grove, CA, and the location is beautifully designed plus extremely appealing, also it has the capacity of pretty much good amount of customers at once ;however, the employees don’t behave respectfully when it comes to seniors citizens. I’m sure they think that they will be young , healthy, and happy forever which is totally WRONG. They really need to take care of the cleanliness/hygiene of their restaurant because HEALTH is WEALTH, but unfortunately they don’t, so a big FAT ZERO to the cleanliness which must be the priority for the owner of the restaurant plus employees. The restrooms are not clean either, but beautifully designed. The prices are high compared to the other restaurants in the area, and ingredients don’t look and taste fresh enough to be this much pricey. The wait time is longer than normal so expect a 30 minute wait time for a small regular drink order. They offer different kind of service like dine in, delivery, and takeout, also you can place your order through kiosk which is great , but be careful the kiosk can be manipulative sometimes so make sure to ask the staff if they receive your order or not. They are wheelchair accessible, but seats inside the restaurant are not enough comfort for physically disabled customers so try to use your own accommodations. The parking is small , also crowded, and you can’t find parking easily including the handicapped parking spaces so you need to park somewhere else, and walk to the restaurant . My first experience was really bad because I place my order through Kiosk, and waited almost 35 minutes so the customer behind me in the line got their drinks& food, but unfortunately not me. When I asked the front desk lady then she was rude, and I was told they didn’t receive it. I even paid for my order, and have the receipt so how can you ignore me while handing out that receipt? What really made me mad was not the order , but their attitude, and behavior, also no apologies were offered. NO REFUNDS NO REPLACEMENTS. That was really waste of time , and money. Again Decorating & designing your restaurant is not important unless you are not providing a great customer service, and solve the problems you created for your customers. I’m not coming back here , and will never recommend this location to friends and families. Shame
