We stopped In For a little snack to tide us over till lunch. The cinnamon roll was tasty and just the right size, could have been warmed just a bit. No coffee this time around just a water to wash it all down. They have a simple menu for breakfast and lunch, with offerings of wine and beer.

The unique ham and cheese sandwich was the most flavorful sandwich in a very long time. My wife had the ham and cheese croissant that I wish we had purchased more for the road. And, we had a banana cream pie -The chocolate layer was a nice surprise! Good think it was the last one or I would have turned around to go back!

Everything is delicious!! Handmade artesian bread (sourdough is my all time favorite and I never leave without a loaf) wonderful breakfast (savory and sweet), soups, salads…you just can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I love the chocolate and almond croissants, but on my last visit had raspberry toast at the recommendation of an employee and it did not disappoint. Local coffee and mimosas are also available.

First time here. We were shocked at the prices. One full sandwich and 1 half sandwich and 1 cookie were $27..00. Ridiculous. Tasted fine but I could make just as good and for a LOT LESS at home.

Top quality, fresh made ingredients. Good atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating. Curbside and backdoor parking. Still going strong and is a must eat place for pastries, breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the Paris area. Their Friday pizza nights are great!

How do they do it? Paris Bakery’s Ham and Cheese Croissant is absolutely fabulous! It sends my tastebuds on a journey! My favorite breakfast paired with a cup of John’s Coffee (local Paris coffee roaster who really knows how to roast some beans!). Also, Paris Bakery’s Friday Night Pizza….. AMAZING! I’m originally from Chicagoland so I know good pizza, and their pizza is absolutely wonderful! If you’re around Paris, Texas be sure to stop! You won’t be disappointed with anything on the menu! This is a quality spot!

Cool looking, well decorated coffee shop with a hip vibe to it. Staff is very friendly. Baked goods are delicious. Coffee is on point. Plenty of seating to enjoy your coffee and relax. Windows were open when I visited to let the Cool breeze in. Don’t miss out on this gem right off downtown
