Great food, had a delicious soup and half turkey sandwich. Took home a ham and cheese croissant, cranberry tart and loaf of sourdough bread . Yummy! Can’t wait to go again!

I came mid-afternoon so I missed many of the baked goods but was able to score the banana bread which is awesome. Had an Iced Americano in an old school cafeteria cup. Awesome. Staff was friendly and had a great smile. Will definitely come back next time im in town.

Nice little bakery. Not sure, personally, that it deserves quite the hype it gets, but it does have a nice little setup and the food was very tasty.

Perhaps I was simply expecting more after reading all the rave reviews. It is not bad at all, but I am just not sure I could put it above any other (average) local bakery in any other town that I have visited. There are good little bakeries all over small-town Texas, and this one does deserve to be on the list.

Most of the baked goods were all gone when I came in at 10am on a Tuesday. Got the chocolate croissant and it was wonderfully sweet and savory. May be I’ll come earlier next time to beat the crowd.

This place is amazing for breakfast or lunch!! The almond croissant was phenomenal. The atmosphere is so unique and comfortable. I love bringing people here from out of town for it is a true Downtown Paris Texas staple!!

Raspberry croissant was very good. The club sandwich was a little surprising as it had sweet pickle relish, but somehow that worked and was delightful.

Sourdough was delicious. I did try a few of the pastries, and they were pretty good also. I love small town bakeries. If I ever pass through there again I’d like to try the cinnamon roll.

Paris Bakery must have a gravitational pull.

We are incapable of passing through the area without touching down for some of their delicious coffee and baked goods. If you’re stopping by for more than just a loaf of bread, try one of their sandwiches! They’re delicious and made with the bakery’s own bread.

An update to since I was last here, they’ve moved locations – still seem to have retained the character of the old space. Beautiful building, new outdoor seating options & a bit more breathing room for staff and patrons. Hope to have a beer on the back patio someday.

We stopped In For a little snack to tide us over till lunch. The cinnamon roll was tasty and just the right size, could have been warmed just a bit. No coffee this time around just a water to wash it all down. They have a simple menu for breakfast and lunch, with offerings of wine and beer.
