I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the quality of products I have recently purchased at your café.
A few days ago, I bought a sausage roll, and the dough inside was raw. This is not just a minor inconvenience serving undercooked dough is a serious quality and food safety concern. It was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.Today, I purchased a small cappuccino. When I opened the lid, I noticed that the foam had collapsed and the cup was only about half full. It was disappointing to receive a small cup that was not properly filled. What concerns me most is the inconsistency. Sometimes the coffee is well-prepared and enjoyable, but other times it is undrinkable. As a customer, I expect consistent quality and basic standards to be maintained every time.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve your service and product quality.

Looking for a place for a first date, well invite the one you admire and head over to Paris Baguette. This place is an up scale 85 degrees with an Parisean theme. The place smells great once you walk in, to your left grab a tray and indulge what you see. They have a plethora of choice croissants. My favorite is the Coffee Donut Croissants with coffee filled cream. My wife’s favorite is this strawberry croissant with fresh strawberries. Also if croissants are not your thing they have a refrigerator section with other options. They also have an extensive dessert section as well. In addition their coffee is really good as well. Overall Paris Baguette is a chill, classy spot great for a first date or a place just to grab a cup coffee. Everything is priced at a reasonable value for the quality that you’re getting. I just can’t get enough of this spot.

We stopped into Paris Baguette on a whim during our date night after visiting a nearby escape room, and I’m glad we did! The inside is beautiful, with a huge selection of pastries and treats to choose from. We picked out a few goodies along with some coffees, and everything tasted great. The only downside is that it’s a bit on the pricey side—but overall, a really nice spot to stop and enjoy something sweet.

We had gone for shopping to the mall and casually discovered this place. Got the last eggless chocolate croissant and drip coffee. This is an epic combo, highly recommend! There were lot of eggless pastry options. Good idea to grab breakfast from here when we head out for a road trip early morning as it opens at 6am.

The newly opened French bakery Café (was told owned by Korean) looks charming, spacious and very French. Loved the blueberry chiffon cake slice. The size is big given its $9.5 price tag.

This place has nice ambience however nothing stands out in terms of items available. The items we tried are too sweet for my liking. However, I do see several cakes available hence can be a nice option to get last minute cakes for any occasion although on costlier side.

Visually Appealing Pastries, But Lacking the Experience

This pastry shop presents itself as an upscale destination with beautifully arranged pastries and a modern ambiance, but unfortunately, the dine-in experience falls short in many important ways.

To begin with, there’s no real service for dine-in customers. You’re expected to bus your own table, pick up your own items, and even handle the delicate task of removing plastic wrapping around each cake—which can be surprisingly difficult. In fact, my wife accidentally damaged her pastry while trying to peel off the plastic, and it took away from the whole experience. It’s the kind of task you’d expect a staff member to help with, especially at this price point.

Speaking of price, each pastry is around $8, and the portions are quite small. While there’s a good selection, including some visually impressive options, don’t expect an authentic French patisserie—you’ll find items like donuts mixed in, which can feel a bit off-brand if you’re coming in with that expectation.

The utensils are plastic, even when dining in, and no plates or silverware are provided. It makes the in-store experience feel more like a takeout café than a premium pastry destination.

On the upside, the coffee is decent—nothing extraordinary, but a good alternative to Starbucks if you’re nearby. The shop also offers a quiet space, making it a decent study or remote work spot if that’s what you’re after.

However, the staff’s training could use some improvement, particularly in how they handle and box pastries. If you’re hoping to gift something special, you might be underwhelmed by the presentation and packaging.

In short, if you’re looking for a genuine French bakery experience or a special dine-in moment, this may not be the place. But if you’re just after a sweet treat, a casual coffee, or a calm place to read or work, it has its merits.

Some of the reviews I agree with, some of the others, not so much. I always have a mixed experience with this cafe and come down occasionally from the apartments since it is convenient. Never had issues with the pastries or cakes so far. My main problem with this place is the customer service and it seems this is the prevalent concern with this location, I’ve been working in a hospital in food service for awhile now and I would expect the quality of service at least for a small staff to be exponentially better. Even small improvements like greeting people, a friendly attitude, and better communication would help a lot. It’s noticeable when you observe the general air of the place. It’s not a huge fuss for me but one thing that I want to point out: Past occasions I order on the mobile app a drink “to go” and when I arrive to the cafe, I had to inform the staff what I ordered. It was not ready and being made after I informed them. That’s just something I think should be taken into account, or common knowledge that certain items should be prioritized. It should be ready by the pickup time indicated on the app, the customer should not be waiting another 10 minutes. I never had this experience before as I expected to walk in and grab my drink, and it was not a busy traffic day for them. Even on a busy day for Starbucks they would have your drink ready. I really do like the drinks and pastries here when I want to indulge but it’s little things like that that can make visiting again questionable. There are a few employees here who know what they’re doing and actually have graciously remade my drink when they made a mistake, or been attentive, so I think there are redeeming things about this particular cafe honestly. For me it feels the service really depends on who is working sometimes. I will continue to go here though since my experiences are mostly positive.

I’ve been to Paris Baguette at a few different locations, and it’s always a reliable spot when you’re craving baked goods or pastries.

If you’re in the area and don’t really have time to look around for options, but you see a Paris Baguette nearby, it’s an easy choice to just walk in and grab something. They always have a great variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and drinks, so there’s usually something for everyone.

Some of the things I’ve really liked here are the Ganache cream cake slice, mocha cake slice, fruit pastry, almond croissant, and the Iced vanilla latte.

The worst shopping experience ever. The staff had no training at all and had no idea how to operate the machine. A refund made me wait in the store for half an hour. There was no compensation at all, not even a smile. The cashier had a very heavy Korean accent in English. The taste of the puff pastry was nothing to praise but high price. A very disappointing store.
