The quality at this location is consistently lower grade compared to other locations. And not freshly made. For instance, ham egg cheese croissant sandwich came straight from the fridge and was small, yet pricey. Dublin location is much better, freshly made and twice the size. Please step up your game to be on par with the standards of other Paris Baguette locations, so that customers have a reliable consistent experience.

The cake slices are delicious! I have tried almost all of them. The cakes are not too sweet and they are so soft! Paris Baguette is my go to place to get my cakes for any event! They have tea, coffee, salads, pastries, cakes, sandwiches and much more. I definitely recommend trying their Blueberry Chiffon cake!

I bought a cake here on Friday. It was disappointing that they jacked up the price so much, but their service was way below the standard. This lady just handed me a cake and walked away. She didn’t even ask me if I needed candles or a knife. I guess this cashier was not thrilled to have the customer giving her no tip, but I won’t tip for a simple transaction!

This is a decent location with decent options. Paris Baguette in South Bay is far bigger and better with better options. I think 85 degrees close to the outlets is a better option.

If you are looking for worst Paris Baguette place in the Bay Area, you might want to stop-by at this place! The store runs by members of a seemingly iranian family which behave prety unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I stopped going to this particular PB store after multiple unbelievable encounters.

My server was Shahla. She was rude and dismissive with really poor skills in preparing a latte. She was in such a rush that she didn’t even pause for me to speak out my full order. She put the latte milk for warming and left to do something else. The latte was completely burnt when I tasted it. And since I was in a rush, I couldn’t go back to the cafe to get it changed. So overall left with really poor service and experience. Request to please treat your customers with consideration and respect.
