Piping hot drinks are perfect for warming you up! Came later in the evening so the food choices were pretty good for being later in the evening. Everything seemed clean and orderly. Staff seemed tired but were still pleasant and made sure to deliver great quality. I would still rather come here than to any other major chain for coffee or pastries/quick bite. Nice reliable place to come to. Try one of the snowman donuts while they’re in season! They’re delightfully light while still hitting that sweet spot you may be craving.

Paris Baguette is a pastry lover’s paradise! Their coffee cakes are absolutely divine—light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet with just the right amount of richness. Every pastry I’ve tried has been incredibly fresh, flaky, and full of flavor, from the classic croissants to the delicious fruit-filled danishes. Their selection is impressive, and everything is beautifully crafted. Pairing one of their pastries with a fresh cup of coffee makes for the perfect treat. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is always friendly. A must-visit for anyone who loves high-quality baked goods!

Paris Baguette offers a delightful selection of desserts, and my favorites are the NY cheesecake, mocha cake, and signature roll cake, which are all consistently delicious and fresh.
The NY cheesecake is rich and creamy, the mocha cake has a perfect balance of coffee and chocolate flavors, and the signature roll is light and fluffy.
The service was excellent, with a very nice and friendly cashier who made the experience even better.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth!

If you’re looking for a good coffee shop or a good bakery, look no further. This is the place you want to visit for delicious coffee (my favorite is the Sweet Cream Late) or delicious baked foods. Also, there’s plenty of seating in the cozy seating area.

I used to really enjoy the almond croissants here, but that’s no longer the case. I’ve been visiting regularly, hoping to satisfy my craving, but I’ve been disappointed. They now take butter croissants, slice them open, and fill them to make almond croissants. Unfortunately, they end up being over-baked and no longer fluffy. Please, enough of this!

This must be the worst PB in Bay Area. Boxes and trash stacked by the entrance. This feeling of dilapidation carries inside. Walls are scuffed and horizontal surfaces are covered in random items. Tables not wiped. Half of the pastries are out of stock on Monday morning and once you settled on something, good luck getting anyone’s attention to ring you out. Staff is sluggish and absorbed in chores. No hello, no thank you, and no “would you like to warm this up”. How this location can still carry the franchise is anyone’s guess.

Went in to purchase a cake. I asked if they can write something on it. And the person there said “not today.” There was no customers waiting at the time I went in. Not busy at all. Not sure why they couldn’t take less than 5 minutes to write something on it. I go to every Paris baguette and as busy as they can be they always take their time to do so and I wait patiently. Never coming to this location again.

I don’t usually go to this location, and I more than likely will never return based on the poor customer service I experienced. I ordered a cake, walked up to the counter and let the older gentlman know that I’m there to pick up an online order. He was pretty rude, before I could even finish my sentence of “i’m here to pick up a cake”, he cut me off asking if it was a cake or a pastry, because I was still in the middle of my sentence, I didn’t understand what he asked. I apologized for not hearing him the first time, and asked to repeat the question, he seemed very annoyed and rudely repeated his question. Not an ideal way to start off a holiday, maybe don’t schedule this guy on a holiday or in the morning, or customer facing where it can impact the service provided. Definitely will not be going back to this location – Dublin staff is waaaaay nicer and customer service is consistent.

Second update: I emailed them as requested and no response yet, this was just a fake attempt at pretending to help me.
Update: Paris baguette responded to my review and have reached out to the email to provide feedback and see if they can make this right.
I ordered a marked down breakfast item in the evening and was charged full price at the counter. I also requested a message be written on the birthday cake and the employee tried to discourage me by saying it will take 15 mins and could see visible frustration from the employees when I said I can wait. The cake was ready in just 5 mins, so clearly he was lying. I’m not coming back to this particular location again.

I really enjoy Paris Baguette overall, but this specific location completely ruined my experience. I selected two pastries and was ready to order a drink, but I waited to be checked out. I was the only customer there, yet three or four people behind the counter seemed uninterested in helping me right away. I stood there with the two pastries in front of the counter, and after about 2 to 3 minutes of being ignored, I asked a gentleman if someone could assist me since I was in a hurry. He completely ignored me and started talking to a woman nearby. Just when I was about to give up, another woman came over to help me with a smile. However, after deciding not to leave a tip due to my experience and not ordering the drink because too much time had gone by, she noticed I hadn’t added it because of my unpleasant experience. You could see her expression change from a fake smile to one of annoyance, which was quite obvious. I’m not sure if it’s the overall experience or just this location, but the pastries were not very filling.
