We got the churro croissant bites, which were great value for money. I loved the yummy caramel sauce, but it was really sweet and was too sweet to have with the croissants. I also had the crab croquette, which was not as good as I expected. I would have been better warm, but it was just okay while room temp. The crab flavor was there, but it was a little emptier inside than I thought.

This location has a lot of good seating and is displayed cutely!

This little French Style bakery was a very nice surprise. They had a amazing array of pastry items all freshly baked. My wife and I had two different pastries a piece! All were delicious! We will be back!

Excellent service, great quality bakery, a relaxing ambiance, and (again) wonderful employees. It was easy to grab what we wanted. We arrived around 12:30PM and most of the bakery was still in stock.

We asked the worker at the register to see if they could toast some of the bakery with meats and they gladly helped! They were jumbling around a few customers as well and they got to help us in a timely manner. huge props to them for the help!

The coffee and drinks were very delicious. The bakery was great and the location of this place is great. We parked at the Safeway parking lot and walked. It was an easy and very accessible.

Overall, an excellent place to get your bakery goods, delicious cakes or sandwiches. Would highly recommend coming here before you trek outside of San Francisco!

Such a wide variety of European style pastries. For the croissant egg sandwiches, they were premade, but they heated them up and they were delicious.

Sad news of the day—In the age of TOO MUCH PLASTIC, my happy store doesn’t have wooden stirrers but plastic spoons for my coffee.

Plastic and hot water cannot be healthy for any of us. I love the posted new CA law about giving out things upon request. It’s great in minimizing waste.

Now, Paris Baguette can help reducing harm to us, human. Let’s minimize any plastic possible.

Yesterday was my father’s 79th birthday. I originally planned to buy a cake elsewhere, but my sister called last minute and suggested Paris Baguette, saying their coconut cake was good. I specifically drove to a nearby Paris Baguette to purchase a cake for the celebration.

When I arrived, a male staff member, Jonathan Adonay, was standing behind the counter looking at a tablet and completely ignored me. I had to raise my voice to get his attention. I asked if they still had coconut cake, and he said no. I then asked which cake was less sweet, and he responded that all of them were the same.

I also politely asked whether cakes were discounted at this time of day, as many bakeries offer discounts closer to closing. He replied in a very rude and dismissive manner, saying something like, “How could there possibly be discounts here?” His tone made me feel judged simply for asking, as if I were trying to take advantage of something.

I told him that even if there was no discount, there was no reason for such an unpleasant attitude. He then responded that with an attitude like mine, no one would serve me. Since I was already running late for our family dinner, I chose not to argue further and quickly selected a strawberry soft cream cake and left.

When we arrived at the restaurant and were about to cut the cake, I noticed that the strawberries on top were spoiled. They looked nothing like what I had seen in the display case and were clearly not fresh. Given the earlier interaction, it was difficult not to question whether this was handled properly.

Between the poor customer service and the unacceptable food quality, this was not the experience I expected—especially for such an important family celebration. I will not be returning.

I’ve been buying cakes from this store for many years and have always thought their cakes were good. Unfortunately, the cake I bought today was really disappointing and honestly quite shocking.

When I cut it open, the fruit had completely separated from the cake, and when I tasted it there was a bad smell. It made me wonder how long the cake had been sitting there. In the end, I had to throw the whole cake into the trash.

I’m really disappointed because I’ve trusted this place for years. I hope the store can pay more attention to freshness and quality control.

Paris Baguette in Millbrae is a spacious bakery cafe with a lot to offer. It’s likely the biggest one in the Bay Area (I think), boasting a huge selection of cakes, sandwiches, drinks, salads, and snacks. Finding a seat is easy thanks to the ample indoor seating, and parking is a breeze with the free parking lot. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the overall experience pleasant.

**Hits**

Selection: Huge variety of cakes, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and drinks.

Convenience: Plenty of seating, free parking, and staff willing to heat up your food (even for to go orders).

Strawberry Soft Cream Cake: Light, airy bread, smooth and perfectly balanced cream. Delicious!

Garlic Sausage Pastry: Flaky, crispy pastry with a good balance of sweet and savory flavors. Just wish it was heated through.

**Misses**

Egg Sandwich: Bland and disappointing, lacked any flavor.

Soft Strawberry Cheesecake: Just okay, nothing special for the price.

Price: Definitely pricier than other bakeries.

Overall, Paris Baguette is a good option for a quick and convenient bakery cafe experience. However, the uneven quality of the food and the higher price point bring the rating down to 3 stars. If you’re looking for a specific pastry or cake, it’s worth a try.

Absolutely perfect croissants (my favorite was filled with strawberries and cream), good coffee, and lots of other delicious-looking treats. If I lived here, I would go every week

Everyone is really nice and food is consistent; however, this is the only location I have been to that has never had a mobile order ready. It’s like they see it for the first time when it’s puck up time which is often set at 20 minutes at the minimum
