Cute bakery, but they need to be more attentive to their desserts. They were delicious and had a mix of flavors, they were some trays that were empty and the employees didn’t paid to much attention. Prices are likely the same as the competition. You get access to the bakery through the Asian market. Spacious parking lot.

We have purchased many cakes and pastries from this location and all very tasty. We have purchased our birthday cakes for our son and ourselves multiple times here.
So many fresh tasty treats there and beverages too! There is also a option to sit inside if you don’t enjoy the main eating lobby. I hope that they finds a new home in the new Zion market as Zion is looking to move around May 2024 or so.
I love the convenience of shopping at both places in one trip. We’ll see I suppose. Till then…

My girlfriend and I have been coming to this PB for a long time and we have noticed a difference texture and flavor of the matcha compared to other PB locations. We brought it up to an employee and mentioned how they’re using a different matcha powder. They were very nice to remake them and add sweetner but my concern is as to why the type of powder is not standardized between all branches.

Pastries are good, but service is not. Second time here and we arrived around 8:20 PM on Friday, February 4, to treat my girlfriend to a pastry she was craving.

As we were browsing, we saw an employee (guy with beard and glasses) emptying out the one particular type of pastries. At first, we thought, “Oh, maybe he’s doing it for a order or it’s a perk of the job.”

When my girlfriend and I finally decided on what to get, he comes back and cleans out the one we wanted into a box. Mind you, there were about 5 or 7 of that pastry left. This no longer seemed like a perk anymore, but GREED — because we watched him take that box back to a stack of 7 boxes full of probably the other pastries we didn’t see displayed.

I get it, I worked at a bakery before for 2 years—waste is no fun so we get to choose to take a few home instead of it going to the trash. But we do it only AFTER customers are gone and the store is closed. There were 40 minutes left here and about 4-5 customers still browsing aside from us.

That alone ruined this place for me. When I checked out a different pastry, I asked if there was more of the particular pastry my girlfriend wanted, by describing its appearance. If he had decided to take it out of the box and give one to me, I’d be happy. But he immediately replied with “No, we sold out.”

What a lie. The greed is disgusting. I guess if you want a chance at getting the pastry you want, make sure to come 1-2 hours or avoid this location at all costs.

Excellent customer service! I placed a catering order and Lauren helped me and answered all my questions. She is very patient and went above and beyond by staying with me on the line as I try to place an online order in. It was a last minute order so I realized I couldn’t place it online, but she talked to her manager and informed me I can still order but in person. I was getting off a night shift, so I couldn’t go to the store right away, but she said she will give their bakers a heads up about my order. This place is one of my go tos when I have to bring someone for gatherings and special occasions.

Located within the Korean mart, excellent range of classic French pastries but also (I am guessing) Korean pastries. I was a little surprised to see it was not a Danish pastry, but had like sweetened mashed beans in the bread, but was actually still nice. Coffee was surprisingly good, especially considering it was less than 2 bucks! Seating is comfy, although mirrors on the ceiling are a bit seedy. Loses a star because of my own ignorance….if you want freshest warm, “soft like putty” croissants, chocolate pastry twists etc. you need to get there by around 10 am, not early afternoon like me

Do yourself a favor and try it out; Very very well done self serve bakery. It really gets you to want to take one of everything (which I did), mochi doughnut was fairly priced and everything was very nice. Some of the more expensive items were good and sugary which I love. I did not get a sandwich or coffee when I went not like I need another excuse to make the trip back up.
Tip: Also don’t forget to put some parchment paper provided on the tray you use to put your goodies on.
