This is a great concept offering French-style pastries with real taste – if you travel to Europe that’s what you expect to find when looking for croissants (not the spongy stuff commonly found everywhere!).
The way it works: get a tray, place a sheet of wax paper on it, take the tongs and load your tray with whatever you fancy!
Expect to pay about 5 dollars per item on average. The spongy stuff costs way less, indeed, but despite some hesitancy I’ve found myself willing to pay a premium to avoid it. Alas, the grim choice us discerning pastry eaters face is either that or a flight ticket.
The ambience is well thought out, too. Expect to find matching decor aligned with the theme, including black and white chairs. It didn’t feel generic, but more like a French bakery translated to America (bring the flavor, keep the to-go cups).
It’s a pleasure to see another establishment elevating food culture in Las Vegas!

I stopped here for an almond croissant and hot tea. It’s self serve, with trays, tongs and paper mats that cover the tray. All located near the right side of the store after you walk into the front entrance.
All the cases are enclosed and you can walk around each and decide what delicious bakery items you want to purchase. Use tongs to extract from the display cases. You can also order other sandwich, teas and coffee items at the front cash register area with the employees. Lots to choose from. They have indoor seating and self serve trash disposal areas when you’re finished. If you order sandwich items they will bring that to your table. The croissant was delicious along with the chamomile tea I ordered. Will definitely visit this bakery again.

Aaron was very helpful with his suggestions and jin did a wonderful job making sure presentation/cleanliness was up to par with the image of Paris Baguette! I had a great time for my first time being in this bakery and I will definitely come back because of the customer service/attentiveness of the staff. Overall the quality behind the pastries are divine and im super happy this location is right next to my dentist!

Absolutely fantastic experience at this bakery! I stopped by on Sunday morning and was blown away by both the quality of the baked goods and the outstanding service. Katana and Jin were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming—they made the morning feel extra special. They were patient, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in what they do. The service alone is worth coming back for, and the delicious treats are the perfect bonus. Highly recommend!

Paris Baguette in Summerlin impressed me. The shop was spotless and well organized, and everything looked freshly made. The honey bread was excellent light, soft, and flavorful, with that just-baked taste you don’t always get. I ordered a mango smoothie and it was cold, refreshing, and tasted like real mango rather than syrupy or overly sweet. The price felt fair for the quality. The staff was polite and friendly, which made the visit smooth and enjoyable. This location definitely stands out compared to others I’ve been to.

I was once offered a manager position at Paris baguette in NYC, but I declined because it did not fit with my schedule (back in 2018). So today I decided to give their food a try and wow amazing all around the service & all here in Paris Baguette Las Vegas in Summerlin is just phenomenal. Totally recommend. Thanks Ashley & the rest of the staff for being fast, sweet, and for completely understanding infection control as well! I’m coming next time to try their new mochi donuts

Wife is currently in pastry school and wanted to stop in after dinner nearby to see and try some things. The pastries were amazingly delicious, light and decedent. The service and atmosphere were great, and we felt like family from the staff. My wife and I will 100% be coming back and recommending to all our friends and family. Can’t wait for our next visit.

The pastries and coffee are always fresh and delicious here. But what makes this Paris Baguette location awesome is the wonderful staff that work here.
In particular, Jin is always a really friendly and hardworking guy, and Sophia is very friendly and welcoming too. They remember their regulars and their regulars remember them too. Their customer service skills are top notch, and these kinds of employees are treasures for any company. I hope the management here knows how much of a positive impact these employees bring.
I will continue to come in regularly to this location specifically! And I hope everyone else in the area gives this Korean bakery a try as well.

Such a great addition to downtown Summerlin
This location was much needed! Service is top notch! There is plenty of space but it can get pretty packed when they are busy. Pastries are some of the best in town! Will definitely be coming back!
