So glad this franchise opened up in the area! We were excited to go here because we went to another location in Tampa Palms Florida but sadly this place was lacking. There was a lot of empty shelves and the place is very tiny and compact. The coffee was ok and not that great since it’s automated from a machine. The desserts were good from what I remember. Too bad when we went they didn’t stock shelves with pastries. The service was friendly, maybe they’ve improved since we been there last.

11.16 – Update – back again and would highly recommend the croquet and croissant. Very festive now for the holidays. Best pastries in town! You’re missing out if you don’t try it out

Love this Paris Baguette! Great food. Awesome atmosphere and great staff. Will always come here when I visit Cleveland.

This place is new and is always packed (rightfully so). Be nice to the staff as they try their best given the demand.

I couldn’t wait to try this place based on pictures I saw.

The hype was not worth the experience.

I ordered the Biscoff Cookie Butter Muffin, a strawberry croissant pastry, and an Iced cookie Butter Macchiato.

The girl at the register was very clearly sick wearing a sweater and breathing with her mouth open and sniffling constantly. She took the croissant and tossed it in a box. You can hear the sound of it being thrown in. She then tried cramming the muffin in, having a hard time making it fit. She laid it on the side than was pushing down on it. The decorative cookie on the top came off taking away the appearance. In the meantime, her sweater sleeve was rubbing all over the muffin. I was getting grossed out. I don’t know if she wiped her nose on her sleeve at some point then letting it touch my food. She should not have been around food being that sick.

So I just politely said that I would like to get another one since her sweater was rubbing all over it and I was a germaphobic and she gave me a look and said fine and took the muffin and threw it in the sink. I went to get another one then she handed me a box and said you could box it yourself. Unfortunately the boxes were not tall enough. You had to lay it down to put it into the box. I don’t have a picture of the other pastry since I gave that away to someone else.

The drink was mediocre at best. It lacked flavoring that would make it stand out from a basic macchiato. The muffin was however very delicious. Again, since I gave away the other pastry, I don’t know how that one tasted.

This place is not cheap and definitely not worth the money of going again, especially after the bad service I had. After I had grabbed my boxes, she walked over to the other employee and they were whispering and looking over at me. I was made to feel uncomfortable because I did not want to take the chance of getting sick. I will not return.

First time coming here and this place is awesome! Though there was little inventory compared to other places, everything was delicious and beautifully made. Can’t wait to try everything I took home! The iced matches were okay but the service is top notch! All employees were so kind and attentive! Definitely give this place a try!!

I’ve been here twice, each time there were very long queues, about 11-12 am whether on a weekend or on a weekday. It was quite tasty, I liked the hot dog.

The only thing I don’t understand is when you can get a round croissant and a mango – matcha , tell me if anyone is aware..

My daughter and I enjoyed going together on Sunday late morning. It was pretty busy. We selected a variety of baked goods from pastries to buns to doughnuts. We each tried a sandwich too. Everything was delicious. I also ordered an iced coffee with vanilla cold foam. Probably the best iced coffee I’ve ever had.

There is limited seating inside and no patio seating. They really should consider outdoor tables and umbrellas. We did stand and just wait for a table to open up.

Currently there is no online ordering or curbside which I hope changes quickly.

My other half text me to let me know our kid and wife were making dinner for us, that I should bring dessert. I asked what do you guys want? Of course I got the dreaded response no one wants!! Oh whatever you want, surprise us. Now the stress begins… lol. I did not want to purchase a dessert from any supermarket. I was too far from Mama Joe’s or Kiedrowski’s. So I did a search and I found Paris Baguette, it was a new place. When I got there I walked in and was in dessert heaven. I froze and did not know what to do, it was overwhelming for me. I walked up to cashier and asked hoe does this work? They said you go and grab tongs and a serving plate thing.. lol. You place everything on there and take it up to the cashier to ring up. Long story short, look at the pictures. Everyone was amazed by these French delights.
Place was very nice clean place with great ambiance. Kind employees.

I went for the grand opening of Paris Baguette and was seriously impressed! The pastry selection was huge—both sweet and savory—and they tasted exactly like the ones I had in Paris. It brought back so many memories. The setup was easy to navigate: you grab your own pastries, then they beautifully box them for you at checkout.

I also noticed the coffee orders were coming out quickly, which is always a plus. They even had a grab-and-go section with salads and sandwiches for a quick bite. I met the owner while I was there—he was so friendly and helpful, clearly proud of what they’ve built.

The whole vibe inside felt very European, like a little slice of Paris right here at home. I can’t wait to go back!

I’m rarely ever early to anything, so walking in on their opening day was SO exciting!! The pastries were fluffy, fresh, and flavorful. If you’re going for something savory, the Curry Croquette is a MUST. If you’re feeling sweet, the fruit pastry with custard and fresh berries was really good but the star of the show was definitely the Iced Dubai Pistachio & Chocolate Matcha Latte FYI if you don’t like drinks to be too sweet the way this one comes, you’ll want to ask for less sweetness. Prices per pastry ranged from $3-6 so not bad at all considering they were pretty big! My latte was $7 but it’s limited/special edition; other options were between $5-6 each. Their speciality cakes (I didn’t get pics unfortunately) were gorgeous as well priced around $40-50. Very reasonable.

A side note if you’re like me and care about packaging: they package your items in cute, neat boxes and bags that would make a nice hostess gift the next time you’re invited to a dinner party!

Also, for the first day, I was impressed service was quick. And while I was waiting for my latte, the staff were so friendly and struck up wholesome conversation with me. Vibe check passed. I wish I planned on staying longer because the environment was really nice and inviting. Spacious enough to bring friends/family (and kids!) too. Can’t wait to go back and try more!
