At first, I’m here got lost because of how big H Mart is. I didn’t realize it was section into grocery store and then there was side Food Mart that you can walk to an order food from I went to Paris baguette.
And I got the mochi donut along with the croissant all for $14 and I will come back for the mochi and nothing else because that is my FAVORITE !!!
like a doughboy but a donut form is one of my favorites now since I’ve moved here and it will always be. ❤️

Service is laughable. They only greeted me after I stood there for awhile. There were 3 workers standing right in front of me behind the counter talking to each other, and none of them acknowledged me. The store had a couple other customers, but it wasn’t busy like other days. I work in the service industry for almost a decade, so I know how to give service and I know what kind of service I should expect. A simple “Hi, welcome in!” and thats all it takes to make me feel welcomed.

I got their matcha latte. Never again. It is just green sweet milk. I didn’t even get to try their bakery goods but after this experience, I don’t think I need to come back, or recommend this place to anyone.

I went here the other day, was helped by a women with curly hair. I came up to her and explained my pastries that I had paid a LOT of money for were expired and stale. She had rolled her eyes at me and looked around to make sure no other coworkers were listening then stated loudly In my face “WE DONT DO REFUNDS HERE!!”. I usually come here and the service is amazing, idk what warranted that reaction. I tried to ask for her name but she ignored me however I heard another coworker call out to her, sounded like ocean? I have never felt such disrespect in my life.

I told the curly haired girl at the front that my food was expired and stale, and instead of apologizing or even pretending to care, she snapped “no refunds” and then told me to stop talking to her. The attitude was almost as foul as the food. If that’s how they handle serving expired products, I can’t imagine what’s going on in the back. This place is disgusting and the customer service is worse. Eat here if you enjoy being disrespected and served leftovers from last week.

If a “Korean coffee” is Lavazza brand (Italian roast) with milk and sugar… then this is your spot! Pastries look great but for $5 to $8 per pastry, you’ll run up an unnecessary bill here and still won’t have tasted true Korean coffee. I was not impressed with this TikTok-ish vibe bakery, it didn’t deliver for me and the hype wasn’t worth the $30 for four pastries and a medium (basic) coffee. The same copied and pasted reply to every bad review from the restaurant proves they don’t intend to improve, but just deliver a single email address and an apology with no real solution.

I was really disappointed with my recent purchase at Paris Baguette. I bought several baked goods, and they were stale, hard and unappetizing—not at all fresh. I expect bakery items to be fresh, and this was far below standard. I showed up hoping for a sweet treat, but instead got something inedible. Very frustrating, for 40$ I expect fresh goods.

The pastries are lovely and getting things yourself with clean tongs is a great idea.

It takes a calendar year to check out. They have two cashiers on two registers which are packing each individual pastry in it’s own bespoke bag. These people also make the coffee fresh for each customer as they order. There is one more person that should be doing those things but is putting out the pastries as they are made. This poor girl can’t keep up with any of it, which means the lines are slow as molasses and if you are there any time after opening, the pastries are picked over and there isn’t much.

Witnessed a cashier touch her hat and readjust her shirt with the same gloves she handled the pastries with. If that’s happening in front of customers, who knows what’s happening in the back.

The pastries aren’t good enough to warrant the extremely long wait in the tiny space. Patronize a mom and pop.

I visited this bakery today because so many people spoke highly of it, and I was genuinely excited to try their products. I bought several items, including a cake I specifically requested. However, when I got home, I realized the cake I received was not the one I ordered.

I immediately called the store, but the response I received was that once an item has been opened, they cannot accept returns. I understand that policy, but what truly disappointed me was that I ended up paying for something I didn’t want. If I throw it away, I feel guilty for wasting food; if I eat it, it feels like a punishment.

Overall, this experience was very disappointing. I had high hopes, but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
