Me and my friend walked in there yesterday 2/9/26 for the first time. Finding parking was a test of faith, patience, and gas mileage… just crazy I think I found Bigfoot while looking for a spot lol. But nevertheless, we decided to walk in after I seen this place on Channel 9 News (or Fox News don’t remember) a few months ago. It didn’t disappoint let me tell you! A little bare in there, not many options but we both got a slice of chocolate cake and cream cake. This was the best thing I put in my mouth this year! I need to go back and try some of their pastries, it just wasn’t much to choose from 🙁 why?? Also no AC inside? Service was great, we got greeted and lots of positive energy. Thank you for this great first impression. See you next week!

We stopped in with the kids and it was such a great experience! The pastries were fresh, beautifully made, and absolutely delicious. The chocolate cake was rich without being too sweet, the croissant was perfectly flaky, and everything tasted like it came straight out of a Paris bakery.
The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and it really made it easy to just sit, relax, and enjoy. My kids LOVED it (which says a lot, because they can be picky!), and they’re already asking when we can go back. Definitely a new favorite spot for us whenever we’re craving something sweet and special.

Best french/Asian bakery around. They have such a wide selection of options, both savory and sweet, amazing sandwiches if youre looking for something more filling, and great coffee and tea. The service was amazing, with our cashier giving a great drink recommendation. They also have a great loyalty/reward program giving things like a free pastries with a drink purchase, $2 off a sandwich, and more. My husband and I had a great morning date here.

Update 8/4/25 – review changed to 4 stars
I wanted to provide an update on my experience and share how the situation was resolved.
After writing this review, I went to the Winter Park location same day in person. The cashier was incredibly kind, immediately apologized for the inconvenience, and provided two beautiful replacement cakes, allowing me to keep the original ones as well. I was extremely happy with the resolution and truly appreciated how gracious and understanding the staff was once I was able to speak to someone directly.
Upon further reflection, I believe part of the issue may have been with the Doordash driver, who likely made multiple deliveries and transported the cakes in a hot car, which contributed to the damage.
That said, the new cakes looked absolutely stunning and tasted just as amazing as I had hoped for my birthday. And I’m glad to say the damaged cakes didn’t go to waste, I was able to share them with family as delicious leftovers.
While I still hope to see improvements in the delivery process and phone communication, I’m updating my review to 4 stars because the in-store team truly made things right and turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Thank you again to the staff for your kindness and quick resolution. I’m genuinely grateful!

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience today. I placed a special order for two Salted Caramel cakes for my birthday nearly a week in advance, and not only did the cakes arrive over an hour later than my requested delivery time, but they were clearly rushed and fell apart during transport.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with delivery from the Winter Park location. Past orders have arrived late due to items not being ready on time, and I’ve even received incomplete or incorrect orders. I truly love the flavors and products Paris offers, everything always tastes incredible, but the delivery experience has consistently been frustrating.
To be clear, the delivery driver was not at fault. He waited patiently for the order to be completed and handled it with care. The issue seems to stem from the Winter Park team either being understaffed or underprepared, despite having advance notice. If an order is placed nearly a week ahead of time, there should be no reason for a 40+ minute delay on pickup or for the cakes to be so poorly assembled that they collapse on opening.
I’ve also tried to contact the store directly, I called 11 times today and could not reach a single person. This made the situation even more frustrating, especially when all I wanted was to speak to someone and resolve the issue.
While I won’t stop ordering from Paris altogether because the quality of the food is genuinely unmatched, I will likely stop ordering ahead or using delivery, since it’s clear that online and delivery orders are not being prioritized.
I would sincerely appreciate a manager reaching out to me directly to discuss this, as I would much rather resolve this personally than have to rely on a review for attention.

I love this place but I recently purchased a Mango cake for my daughter’s birthday and it was salty!. We couldn’t eat it and it went straight to the trash.
I reached out to customer service and they provided no solutions and I even had to write them back because they didn’t respond. I saved the cake in case they wanted to make sure it was salty. It was in my fridge until it got green and still no response.
I got an email saying to call a number but at this point it’s not worth it. I can’t support a place that doesn’t try to solve their mistakes. I didn’t want anything extra but it would’ve been nice to get my money back for something we couldn’t enjoy.

Best Paris Baguette I’ve been to. Great service, cleanliness is priority, friendly and helpful staff, well stocked food items. Mark who is the manager is top tier! From the time we entered to leaving he made sure to make it known that he was here to take care of us. He made good small talk, offered to clean the outdoor seating area for us, and was cleaning the whole time for upkeep of the restaurant. The bathroom all was very clean and smelt good. Great location!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. It seems that presentation is only prioritized for in-person orders, not online pickups. When I arrived to collect my order, I wasn’t greeted or welcomed. As a first-time customer, I was left standing, unsure of what to expect.
When I received my order, the box wasn’t even inspected with me. Instead, the contents were hastily taped shut, and I was left to discover what was inside on my own. Upon opening the box, I found that delicate items had been carelessly stacked, damaging the decorations and compromising the presentation.
To add insult to injury, I had to dig through the box to find all the items, including fruit and toppings, which had been tossed in haphazardly. The lack of care and attention to detail is appalling, especially considering the time and effort that went into creating these items – and the fact that I’m paying for them.
Overall, my experience was subpar, and I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone who values presentation, care, and customer service. Unless you pack it yourself maybe

The pastries are so beautifully made that when you walk in , they jumped at you and light up the place. Food was great, the almond croissant was not fresh (we got there at 7:15 am) but still we could tell it was an extraordinary flavor. Coffee was also great. It was early morning and the staff was probably still warming up, so we didn’t feel any happiness in the atmosphere, but they were very helpful anyway.

This place was an excellent bakery experience. They had trays and let you pick your own pastries from a wide selection. They had the usual croissants and tarts, but they also had more unusual pastries too. I loved their croquettes and pineapple brulee tart.
