This recently opened bakery and café is wonderful. We stopped by a couple of times. It feels like a nice cafe in Europe. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good service, and pastries were delicious. Great selection of cakes. We had Chocolate cake which was irresistibly good. I decided to order the Chocolate cake for a teen’s birthday party. It was a perfect choice. Gorgeous and delicious! I asked for the cake to be decorated with a birthday greeting which was beautifully done. Ordered in advance, and it was ready on time. It was packed in a nice sturdy box with a nice serving sheet and included a little extra package with a few candles, matches, and a plastic cake server. It was very handy as I prepared candles but forgot to bring a server! Nice and thoughtful to include this extra package. The price was reasonable and cake was absolutely delicious – the best I have had in DC in many years.

I’ve been coming to Paris Baguette since I was pregnant and now even with my 3-month-old, and it’s always such a great experience. Everything is consistently fresh and delicious, whether I stop by in person or order through DoorDash. It’s become a little comfort spot for me—highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing this bakery all over TikTok and finally decided to give it a try. I went in thinking I understood how the ordering process worked, but I was wrong. Luckily, the bakery is bright, clean, and the instructions are clearly posted, so it was easy to figure out how to select the items you want.
I may have gone a little overboard with my order, but everything was worth it! Here’s what I tried:
• Croissant doughnuts (orange and coffee) – 10/10
• Sausage roll – 8/10 (I just wish it was a little more savory)
• Crab croquette – 8/10 (a bit on the sweet side)
• Sticky milk bread – 10/10 (reminded me of the rolls from Texas Roadhouse)
• Sweet red bean bun – 20/10 (absolutely delicious)
Let’s just say I’ll definitely be coming back.
Also, shoutout to Darian for recommending some of his favorites for next time. He was really nice and helpful, and I appreciate that!

The selection was so big we probably spent 15 minutes looking at all the options. All of their items are different from each other in such a way that you feel like trying them all. I will definitely go there over and over again. Also their Lavazza coffee is delicious!

I have been here everyday since it opended! The atmosphere and energy is both comforting and rejuverating! Now for the pastrys,sandwiches and coffee they are truly the best I’ve ever had….from New York to Paris the bakers here are talented and knowledgable. Everything is precise!
The staff goes out of their way to help and ensure every visitor that walks in leaves happy!

Happy Grand Opening Day to Paris Baguette Bethesda!
I had the chance to stop by last night before their official opening, and I’m so glad I did. I was super hungry and needed a quick bite before a dinner event, and everything I tried was very satisfying. Paris Baguette doesn’t disappoint!
They were offering cookie and pastry tastings, and the white chocolate macadamia cookie was so delicious– a little on the sweeter side, but still very enjoyable. I also tried the Biscoff Cookie Butter King Cream Donut. I was worried it might be too sweet, but the butter custard had just the right balance to highlight the Biscoff flavor. Definitely one to enjoy with a good cup of coffee!☕️
The pastries were constantly being rearranged to be beautifully displayed. Your eyes/phones eat first, right? haha The cafe is also a perfect spot to hang out, quietly read, or get some work done–cozy and welcoming with plenty of seating. I’m excited to have Paris Baguette as a new addition to Bethesda 🙂

I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of pastries they had. I got a latte and some pastries. all of them were delicious, but the best was the Dubai mochi donut! It was amazing and definitely worth trying. The store itself was spacious and beautifully designed. I will definitely visit there again.
