locations and have always tried their cakes, but this time we tried their cream bun
along with some iced coffe & a slice of chocolate ganache cake.
I absolutely loved this cream bun. From the first bite, it reminded me of something I used to have back home—soft, slightly sweet bread with just the right amount of rich, creamy filling. The texture was perfect, and the bread was fresh , light and comforting. Easily one of the best treats I’ve had in a while!
The iced caramel mocha was good , with some strong coffee flavor. The chocolate cake looked dry at first instance but when having it did not feel the dryness & it was yummy with some crunchy chocolate chips in each layer, and the sweetness was so well balanced.
I will definitely keep visiting this place specially for the cream bun.
Their cakes were really good. Whole cakes and also slices were available. There were sweet, butter and spicy croissants. But I was a bit disappointed that there weren’t more spicy options. They had roll cakes and macaroons as well. For drinks they had coffees, frappes and refreshers.
We’ve had mocha and strawberry soft cream cake slices, strawberry lemonade refresher and mocha frappe here. They were really good. Recommend!
I highly recommend croissants with fruit, raisin croissant, and a long chocolate pastry called Feuillete au Chocolat. I wouldn’t recommend almond croissants neither here nor Tous Les Jours, where they have similar offerings. The almond croissants here don’t have enough filling and are not worth spoiling my diet.
I picked up a few cream cheese and fruit pastries for my kids and ordered an iced matcha with oat milk. The place was basically empty and there wasn’t a single person in line. There were 2 guys behind the counter. Apparently, one of them thought it made sense to shove my fruit pastries sideways into a bag, because when I took them out at home, they were a squished mess . I know he’s not new because I’ve seen him before and they normally put this type of pastry in a box.
The other guy started making my “oat” milk matcha with regular milk. If I hadn’t been watching and questioned it, he would have served me a whole milk matcha and I have a dairy allergy!
The guys looked completely bored and it’s obvious they could care less about their job.
Atmosphere is great for studying on weekdays. Weekends, it gets loud and busy so I’d avoid doing work there on weekends.
