This is such a beautifully designed shop and the coffee is quite good. But when they clean the tables, the cleanser is so strong and smells like hospital floors. It destroys the aroma of coffee and pastries. It is quite irritating to breath. Please replace with something neutral. Glad they keep it clean but there has to be a better cleanser that kills appetite.

This is probably one of the nicest Paris Baguettes I’ve been to. The interior is massive, with bistro-like chairs and tables decked out on one side of the establishment. It was giving European vibes. The selection of pastries was similar to other branches I’ve been to. I asked for my one savory bread to be heated up when I was checking out, but they didn’t tell me I would be 4th in line for heating up the food. It took 10-15 minutes for me to receive it. I think some kind of heads up about the time would be nice if it can’t be done within a few minutes. Also, try to avoid coming around noon. They didn’t look that busy but I think it’s because the place is big so the customers waiting for their food were dispersed. Bathrooms are available here.

I recently revisited Paris Baguette Westbury and had another wonderful experience! The atmosphere was just as welcoming, and the staff remained exceptionally polite and courteous. The pastries were delightful, with a great variety of options still available late in the day.

Given its popularity, it was no surprise that this location was quite busy, especially on the weekend. Despite the high customer volume, the team was clearly working hard to provide excellent service. Although there was a bit of a wait and some minor disarray due to the rush, the store remained clean and well-organized, which made my visit enjoyable.

I truly appreciate the dedication of the staff and understand that busy times can present challenges. Overall, I had a pleasant experience once again and look forward to returning for more delicious treats!

I love it here! This location offers a good amount of seating:) The music isn’t blasting on the speakers, so it’s great for someone that’s looking to study/work or catch up with a friend.

The workers are super friendly and will cater to you— even if it’s busy! They’ll still ask if you’re being helped and will help as soon as they get the chance!

The food is always freshly prepared and the point system (on the app) always comes in handy whenever you want to redeem a free drink or pastry (when you rack up the points).

All in all, a great place to be!

I generally don’t leave harsh reviews for Mom & Pop shops. However, big franchises are an exception and input is vital for corporate profits & shareholder value

I’m a big fan of Paris Baguette but this location is very poorly managed and just leaves a bad taste in my mouth!

My bad experience consists of the following:
1) there were no trays or tongs
2) the pastry offerings seemed limited at 6:45 pm for a Saturday
3) 12 customers on line but only 1 cashier open while 2 staff were focused on other tasks
4) the tables were unkempt as were the floors & trash bins
5) an older balding male was sitting by the window with his shoes off and feet on bench. Not really interested in smelling someone’s socks or feet if I’m eating a pastry
6) other customers on line were as annoyed & frustrated as well. Many rolled their eyes

Matthew was polite & courteous .

Just a bad experience overall. Makes me have doubts about the kitchen process and also the quality control

I love taking my family to Paris Baguette, I even recommend it to friends. But can you really enforce your no pet in the building. I was there on February 8th around 1pm. A lady had her pet in the store. That’s not hygienic to have pet hair flying around when there is food. It’s not the first or second time I have seen pet in the store. Your manager and employee’s need to kick people out when they bring their pets. If I witness another pet in the store, it will be my last time eating at this establishment. Please uphold your no pet policy.

I just went to the Little Neck branch in Long Island, NY. I ordered a mocha. They do not use whipped cream, and the mocha cream was disgusting—it didn’t even melt in my mouth. It felt like they were using margarine. Even the piece of chocolate they used was very low quality, like a rock added only for decoration.

My question is: you charge $7–$8 for a small piece of pastry, which is very expensive, so why don’t you care about quality? It felt like I was eating sweet carbon paper. The cream was awful. The ingredients you use can make people sick—full of pesticides, seed oils, and bleached flour.

This will be my last time. I will share my experience, because this is not fair to customers.

We spent the day driving around the north shore area looking at the sites. We stopped in at this large strip shopping center to visit Paris Baguette. We ordered coffee and a pastry to start our day. Nice place to sit and watch people. This store is in a strip mall with several very popular national stores so PB is a good place to take a break from shopping and to have lunch.
BTW, they have two nice large and clean bathrooms.

I am adding to this review to mention Dylan and Coco. Too very kind employees. Dylan made my birthday very special with his excellent service (see photos). Below is my first review mentioning other visits to this awesome location. Wonderful service, ambiance. The service was excellent. I’ve purchased there often and Giselle, Joanna, Arpite and Jarad are so friendly, professional and helpful. The pastries, donuts and various croissants and sandwiches are excellent. Would highly recommend you stopping by.

Update: I love my weekly visits to Paris Baguette especially the Westbury location. I went the other day to try the strawberry lemonade and it was refreshingly delicious! Coco and her staff are always so friendly which is probably why it’s a busy location especially so many of us loyal repeat customers. There’s always a new item to try as well as the classic standards for even the pickiest sweet treat and coffee lovers.

So glad Paris Baguette has expanded its locations!
First location I went to was in Irvine, CA and immediately fell in love with this place.
Location is Westbury is my favorite because of the fabulous Coco (manager) and her staff always greet you with a big smile, happy to offer suggestions and provide prompt assistance.
Staff are attentive to make sure the dining area is clean.
Great spot to treat yourself with a good coffee and pastry.
So many sweet (croissant donuts, mochi donuts) or savory (pizzetta, pastry franks
curry croquettes, ham & cheese pastry) choices, they recently added some new breakfast sandwiches.
The cakes are out of this world deliciously dreamy, each bite is rich and flavorful than you can easily and happily share a slice.
If you’re looking for a new spot in the new year for a special treat or spot you need go to Paris Baguette!
