Called the other night to confirm the store hours, and a young gentleman named Joseph promptly answered the phone and gave me the information I was looking for. (The store is open 7am-10pm every day, apart from Christmas and New Year’s Day, when they are open 7am-8pm.)
I came in close to closing, and was greeted by a festive “PB” display! Couldn’t help but take a picture, it really adds to the holiday spirit! The tall, young cashier with the brown hat was efficient and friendly. The store was clean and the products were organized.
I’ll stop by whenever I’m in the area!

“I just came to your Little Neck branch on Long Island, I ordered a mocha. They do not use whipped cream, and the mocha cream was disgusting—it didn’t even melt in my mouth. It felt like they were using margarine. Even the piece of chocolate they used was very low quality, like a rock added only for decoration.
My question is: you charge $7–$8 for a small piece of pastry, which is very expensive, so why don’t you care about quality? It felt like I was eating sweet carbon paper. The cream was awful. The ingredients you use can make people sick—full of pesticides, seed oils, and bleached flour.
This will be my last time. I will share my experience, because this is not fair to customers.

Wow really enjoyed coming to this wonderful new bakery café in Little neck, NY. Excellent customer service by JZ and Paul and the bakery pastries and tea were so delicious. The music was really soothing and everything was super clean. Would highly recommend this wonderful place.A++++

I got the hot chai latte and my wife got the peppermint hot cocoa. My wife gives the peppermint hot cocoa 3 stars and I give it 2. Not my cup of hot cocoa. The chai I would give 4 stars until the very end then it drops down to 2 so I’ll say average 3. Way too sweet at the bottom but before that it was quite nice. But this place is more than just cocoa and chai so I give it overall 4 stars because they do have good pastries and cakes and other stuff here. My son loves the chocolate chunk cookies. It’s a convenient spot to come for a hot beverage and pastry or to pick up a cake for a special occasion.

Seems like their thermal printer here isn’t working well, so the purchase receipt with QR code coudn’t be scanned for reward points. The staff tried to help by reprinting receipt also emailed the receipt, but it didn’t work. But thanks to the efforts of the staff, the problem was resolved the next day. Thanks again!

I Was a daily customer at your 2 52–20 Northern Boulevard location. Lately I’ve been going to yourHorace Harding location. today September 19, 2025 I accidentally spilt my soda on the table while eating my bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I immediately asked Donnie the manager for a roll of paper towel towels which he gave me. No one came over to help me there was soda all over the floor on the table on my newspaper, and on the chair that I was sitting. You can look at my profile and see how much money I spend in your locations probably $50-$100 per week. Stephanie, who works in that store is great. I love her. She’s hard-working cute adorable and I think she’s great. Getting back to my accident of spilling soda, the woman behind the counter who I don’t know her name of Asian descent, just ignored me when I complained to her That nobody came to even help me clean up the spilled soda that I had to clean up, which I think is abominable. I’ve been in the food business for over 55 years and never had someone come into my establishment who had an accident and someone come over immediately with a mop or paper towels, or some kind of Cleaning Objects to help them. I have better things to do with my time than write this review but I just can’t help myself. I have to. You will never see me in that location again, but you might see me at your Horace Harding location there’s a young man in the Horace Harding Location named Jake who is the best worker I’ve ever seen. If I still owned my six food establishments that I used to I would steal him from you and have him come work for me. That’s how good he is and you should give him a raise, but that’s up to you. I don’t tell anyone how to run their business. The Little Neck location on Northern Boulevard is dirty, usually out of a lot of merchandise, and the staff has much to be desired except for Stephanie, Donnie is great. I don’t know what happened to him today. Yes I did not buy the soda in your store because you do not sell the only soda which I can drink because you have a very little merchandise in your showcase.
