We came here for the first time the other day because we had heard great things, and we had to try it out. This place is amazing! They have such fresh baked goods, we didn’t know what to get. Everything looked good. We had all sorts of pastries and they were delicious. The place is very clean and everything is organized. The staff was very kind and even helped check for when my wife forgot her purse. They held onto it while we went back for it. There are many different options to choose from and we were very impressed. We will definitely be coming back!

I bought a strawberry mini cake for my son’s birthday. We celebrated his birthday and cut the cake to share to eat.
But we found a fungi inside.
At first time, I thought it was seed from strawberries. But the color was blue and there was no strawberries near to the fungi.
I returned the cake immediately and got refund.
However, there was no apology for the cake that ruined my family party. My son could not have his birthday cake.
Without any apology from the store, a staff asked me if I wanted to have another cake.
OMG.
How can I have another cake after seeing fungi from the cake?
I am very disappointed with this situation.
I cannot visit the place any more.

Traveling Cosmos and Tacos
This is a nice addition to Yorktown! I was amazed at the different varieties of sweet and savory breads, danishes sandwiches, salads, cakes, pies, coffee, tea, you name it! I love the kitchen area with the glass walls. You can see inside!! The only thing this location is missing…. Is outdoor seating. Other than that, I absolutely loved my almond cream croissant! so fresh!

Great addition to the area, stopped in for the first time the other day after seeing that it was finally open to look around. The decor and layout is very appealing to the eye, everything looks great. I purchased 3 items two pastries and a breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich was good tasted like a regular bacon, egg, and cheese. The pastries were delicious

This location FINALLY opened! The interior and atmosphere is great, I had a pistachio latte and it was so good! I’m excited to try their pastries. The wait time was a little long, despite only having a line of about 5 people, It would be nice to have sugar free syrup options available too

Paris baguette in Yorktown heights was such a pleasant experience! The customer service (especially the young man named Hunter) was so nice and understanding. Made sure we were satisfied customers! The deserts and drinks were high quality!

I ordered catering from Paris Baguette for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered 24 Crescent Lunch sandwiches from their catering menu. I hadn’t received a confirmation email and didn’t see anything in my order history in the app, so I called the store the night before just to make sure everything was set.
A little later, Bella called me back and she was very helpful. She searched the system every way she could, but couldn’t see the order yet. She kindly took all my information and put the order in again to make sure nothing would fall through the cracks. She was polite, patient, and really reassuring.
When I came in the next day to pick everything up, Bella had the order ready and let me know the original one had actually come in overnight. Even if she hadn’t called back, it would have been there, but the fact that she went the extra mile made such a difference.
The store itself was very clean and had so many nice options. The sandwiches were a huge hit at the party. They went so fast. Everyone commented on how good they were, and even my husband, who rarely calls anything great, said they were!
We will definitely be ordering from here again.

I’m glad there’s a Paris Baguette open up in Yorktown. It’s good to see more options. My only pet peeve is that I find there’s a difference between that store and the corporate store in Montvale. I wish that some of the items that you can have made at the corporate store were made at the Paris baguette store in Yorktown with the same quality. Otherwise, than that I look forward to them improving and growing in the area.
