Crap! That was they serve is crap! I ordered 2 turkey melts and when I opened the box, the sandwiches were burnt. And the honey mustard was not on the sandwich. I asked the girl at the register that the sandwiches were dry and burnt and she said that’s how they come and they can’t give me more honey mustard. I asked to see the manager (Amy) and the minute she came out she had an attitude and rude.I told her look at the conditions of the sandwiches and she said that’s how they come burnt because they are in the toaster. I said no that unacceptable .. she proceeded with aren’t you asking for honey mustard? And why am I yelling at her when I was not in the least. I just took my honey mustard and left. I proceeded to eat my sandwiches and they were both inedible! Completely hard as a rock! Burnt, cheese was so burnt it was hard and flaking off! The almond raspberry croissant is supposed to have almond cream and raspberry preserve. It only had raspberry preserve. They don’t do anything right here at this facility . Will never visit any Paris again or this facility for that matter. Just wasted 40 dollars on 3 pastries! And the sandwiches went right in the garbage!

I’m a big fan of Paris Baguette and always love their cakes, so I was super excited to see a new branch open in Rockaway. As expected, the food is awesome—just like any other PB location. But honestly, I was really disappointed with the service here. Usually, PB servers are cheerful and welcoming, but this branch felt the opposite—rude and off-putting. The vibe just wasn’t what I expect from PB. Great cakes, but definitely not the kind of service experience I’d want to come back for.

I have been here at least 12 times in the last three months. I love this place. I truthfully do NOT understand the negative comments about this place—either everyone is a liar, over exaggerating (as per usual), or judge too soon. I believe a person has to visit a place a minimum of 3-5 times before making a review that matters. I’ve had just one mildly unpleasant experience and it was resolved by the excellent girl behind the counter. Super nice. Well kept on the inside. Bread is always fresh and fantastic. I’ve personally never had an issue here, and I come twice a week.

Came here to get a quick breakfast following an early morning with my wife. The people there were both really nice and frequently asked if we needed help. This PB is the worst bakery in all PB.
Their bread isn’t fresh(It might be sold days past “left over”). Bread was hard and smells weird it must be soft and silky.
All workers don’t welcome customers and had to wait at least 5-10mins.
So disappointed and won’t go there again.

Worst Paris Baguette I’ve been to
When I asked the cashier to warm up a simple pasty (a plain croissant) she gave me an excuse of “Cross contamination “ the first time, when I asked again on a separate occasion the other male worker was able to warm it up,Then the third time when I asked the cashier if she could warm it up she gave me another excuse even tho I watched her warm up another customers order.
The cashier also warns me “The Korean Iced Milk Coffee is sweet” and then proceeds to make the most water down nasty incorrect coffee with no flavor and way too much cream that is VERY different from EVERY other Paris baguette location I have visited.
Store needs to be retrained and managed correctly,Definitely the worst one I have been to in the New York/New Jersey area

The employee looks like they are on break all the time. The service and customer service are deplorable. I didn’t receive a greeting or a thank you. The tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and the employees were working very slowly and reluctantly. The price for a small coffee, a croissant, and two pizzas was exaggerated; they took too long, as if they didn’t know what they were doing, lost. There was a line of three other people waiting to be served, and they didn’t keep up, working slowly. It wasn’t the best experience.

I am so disappointed! I have been wanting to go to a Paris Baguette but this was so disappointing. Maybe a different one might be better.
