Heard great things about the place and my intention is not to give bad review. I am here to talk more some the misleading info and the service / clarifications provided.
I visited this location as it’s near our home with some expectations of finding pastry options that we can have based on suggestions from other friends. We went through the ingredients and decided on 1 to 2 items but was little bit confused as similar items have other ingredients but contradicting. To verify that we inquired the staff and found that every pastry more or less uses same base so it should have ideally mentioned the same ingredients.
Two things here , one is we could be allergic to some ingredients or just that we can’t eat on a specific day. To our surprise no alternatives were suggested and later found that one of the store managers/owners was there throughout but never gave an ear to see how we can be helped.
Def, we liked the coffee and will visit the place for this. Finally found a vegan option that was prepacked and had all ingredients listed. Service could have been better if there was a mistake with ingredients listed. To clear this, we ourselves asked if there is any ingredient directory so that we can verify it ourselves but that was a no as well.

Th food here is soo good. It’s my favorite croissant place at the Shore. There are tons of delicious baked goods that it is hard to choose from. Their coffee is also excellent. My favorite though is their regular croissant and their ham and cheese croissant.

We are Lebanese American British and Sicilians and we have properties in Lebanon, Freehold, Miami, London and Sicily and the coffee is the most daily ingredient of our family. We have most expensive coffee machines including Miele at our homes.
Your Paris Baguette Coffee at Red Bank is simply the best and your pastries are made for royals ( Pain au raisins, Palmier, etc..),
Your espresso, cappuccinos and lates are simply the best in NJ including Rumson and Redbank) and in New York.
When. I am in NYC , I only drink Paris baguette coffee thanks to you.

I arranged a catering delivery for a client visit, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The ordering process was simple, and I was especially pleased with the variety of milk options for the coffee boxes—including almond milk! I had requested that the breakfast sandwiches be clearly marked to indicate which ones contained meat, and that detail was handled perfectly. The delivery arrived right on schedule and included everything I needed, from beverage cups to condiments. What really impressed me was the thoughtful presentation—everything was beautifully labeled and packaged, making it easy to identify each item. I visited this place hoping to have a good latte and a pastry. Firstly, the “tiramisu” cake, tasted nothing like tiramisu. I also ordered a simple small latte and the barista over frothed the milk leading to the latte burning my mouth at first sip. Not happy and do not recommend.

Delicious bakery! It is a clean location with ample seating inside and out. We dined in and each person gets their own tong to use when selecting from an assortment of baked good. The ham and cheese croissant was very fresh. Next time, we will get one of their cakes. They all look tasty. We have had the fresh bread and the mini garlic croissants (must have). Looking forward to our next visit.

This spot is honestly one of my favorites. The food’s always great, and the staff here really make the visit pleasant — super friendly and organized every time I stop by. My go-to is the croissant with strawberries and cream, but the curry potato and sandwich choices are all solid too.
I take every opportunity to get birthday cakes from here because they use fresh and light ingredients — not too sweet or heavy, just right. Definitely a great go to spot for quick food options.

Bakeries taste was great, not very fresh though. Service was fast and the atmosphere inside was very cozy and peaceful. Located in one of the nicest streets in Red Bank. Overall good experience and worth it.

I really appreciate their grab and go selection of fresh pastries and baked goods. They make great cakes for any occasion and is my go to place for a pastry and a coffee in the morning. It’s very well run, clean, and staff is always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
