The pastries always have so much variety and are soo yummy. They have halal chicken sandwiches as well so good. I recommend coming in the morning they’re not busy and everything’s stocked. This time I got an almond pastry and a pretzel caramel latte.

This was my first time ever going here. This place is amazing. Soooo clean. It looks like it just opened up and you could eat off the floor clean. The food was incredibly fresh and the tast was fantastic. The concept of picking what you want with tongs and placing it on your own tray was fun. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. We met the District Manager there. She was so kind and genuinely started a conversation with us to make sure we were enjoying the experience. This place is a definite must go to. Bring your laptop and work from here for the afternoon. It’s truly like spending time in a European Cafe.

Excellent little cafe ⭐️ I love Paris Baguette and I love how they have one in this location! The cakes are always a go-to, especially the cheesecake and also the blueberry chiffon cake. Their pastries are also delicious. The cronuts (croissant donuts) are so good and super flaky with lots of delicious cream fillings inside.
The atmosphere of this location is great with great lighting and also lots of natural sunlight from the windows. The staff were friendly and professional even with the huge line of people waiting to checkout (since it was Mother’s Day)

This is a huge PB store, probably the largest I have been to. Very clean store, with lots of tables to dine-in. The bakery goods are kept in nice wooden shelves. Of course they have the full and sliced cakes, hot and cold drinks, small sandwiches and bites too like other PBs.
I put in an online order for a chocolate cake with message on top. I went to the store at my scheduled pick up time. At the register I told my name, and they brought the cake out from the freezer. There was a free plastic knife with the cake. Of course the cake had amazing taste and quality. PB cakes are one of the best!! We will be back at the store to shop some bakery items soon.

The food and desserts are the main reason to come here. Cleanliness is good and the selection is solid depending on the day. Customer service, especially at the counter, feels minimal and somewhat inattentive. If you’re focused on grabbing food and heading out, it’s fine, but it’s not a place I’d choose for the experience or hospitality.

Let me just say that I have visited this branch for two years without any issues.
I have been a regular customer at Paris Baguette in Paramus for 2 years. All of our birthday cakes and occasion cakes have been from there. The other day we ordered 5 pieces of cake and 2 of them were extremely sour in smell and taste, clearly something off.
I went into the store for a resolution and they told me that they cannot offer solutions without manager approval and manager isn’t available. I thought this was extremely weird.
They suggested I return another day to see him. I called the manager, Caleb, the next day, to inform him that the cakes were basically rotten, and he absolutely refused to provide a solution. He told me that I am insulting him by describing the cake as sour smelling, and that he will only honor a refund for one piece of cake, not both, and only because many people also find this cake to have a strong taste.
I cannot believe the mediocre level of customer service..we are discussing two pieces of cake, although I have been a customer for years.
He proceeded to tell me that he has a ton of customers who are regulars who complain and have issues all the time.
Super disappointed and cannot recommend this business to anyone anymore.

Finally it’s open! They are bringing fresh baking to the neighborhood. The place is very spacious and has lot of room for seating. So many varieties of pastries, cakes and bread options.
The ambiance of the bakery is pleasant and charming. Plenty of parking and as soon as you step in, it’s warm and welcoming with its sweet and delicious atmosphere.
I am glad, addition of Paris Baguette in Paramus brings authenticity of local baking and delicious taste.

This place is delicious and has a beautiful clean interior. Great coffee. Very nice atmosphere. The pastries and sandwiches are super delicious. I would definitely recommend anyone in Paramus to pay this cafe a visit.
