The food is excellent (or has consistent quality as in the other stores). The guy who looked like a store manager warmed up my bread before giving out. It might be a standard thing, but since he asked me first, I’d take it as an extra..
I read couple of one and two star rated comments, which to me seems exceptional cases, or relative to specific employee. For negative comments, the store manager literally writes back with the sincere apology (you can check it out).
3.8 stars (as of Feb 21, 2026) seems too underrated.

My first visit to the Palisade Park PB. Very nice store, everything super clean. There are seating area in the back. All sorts of bakery and confectionery goods were stocked up and beautifully displayed on tables and glass window wooden shelves. Associates were really friendly and our checkout was a breeze.
We got the chocolate ganache cake and few bread items. All were fresh with amazing PB taste. Surely will be stopping by here more often when we are in Palisade Park.

Several weeks ago when Rose Bedding across the street was having a closing sale, my elderly mother walked across the street with the blanket she had purchased and went into this Paris Baguette to have a piece of cake while waiting for me to pick her up. No sooner did she set her bag down on the seat, an employee walked over to my mom and said that she can’t sit down and that she needed to leave the premises. Seems as though they judge customers by appearance? Mind you, she’s 82 and was bundled up as the temperature outside was below freezing.
Now who in their right mind is going to do that to an elderly woman in the dead of winter? Or any human being for that matter- regardless of the season? Hearing from her what had occurred at this location broke my heart.
As a result, our family will boycott this shop in perpetuity. With so much competition in town, our dollars are better spent where they are appreciated. And I would encourage the public to do likewise.

I recently visited this Paris Baguette and had a wonderful experience, thanks to the manager William. He was incredibly kind and hospitable. I initially asked for butter to go with my baguette and coffee, but they didn’t have any. Instead, William offered me some mayonnaise, and to my surprise, it tasted even better than butter, especially when the bread was toasted! This small gesture made my visit memorable. Great service and delicious food. Furthermore, the music was not loud or obnoxious. Finally, on this 93 degree day, their AC was really perfect! — I’ll definitely be coming back!

AMAZING SERVICE. The manager Iljun is very nice and accommodating. He puts his customer satisfaction first and I have not experienced his level of customer service in a long time! I always place large orders and I have never had an issue and everything is always fresh and tasty. The whole team at the Palisades Park PB are fabulous!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Great service and great selection even towards the end of the night. I’ve gone to other locations that were out of items by the afternoon but this location did not disappoint at near closing time. The two young ladies that work there were super sweet and helpful. I wish I would’ve gotten their names to give them proper recognition. I’ll definitely be returning. Oh and try the biscoff donuts and cake!

Place is a small cozy spot. If you want a variety of pastries come in the morning when everything is fresh. Coffee tastes good, they use Lavazza coffee beans.

This is the very first París Baguette I ever visited I couldn’t believe I haven’t reviewed it! Awesome location right next to my favorites restaurants so, perfect for dessert. Best cappuccino and obviously best cakes. The cronut is so delicious! Over all great bakery.
