This was delivered thru Uber eats. I don’t understand why the food isn’t properly sealed? I order two almond croissants and they send it in a paper bag with no tape no stickers. Same thing happened last time with a coffee i ordered. No stickers or tape. The food can easily be tampered with. This is being delivered by a stranger and PB is not taking the proper measures to keep this from happening.

Wonderful PB at Northvale NJ. It has parking lot in the front, very convenient.
They have standard pastries, cakes, bread like other locations. Quality is just as good. Always love their bakery items and cakes!
The staff is nice and friendly. Inside is spacious. Dining area has tables and chairs. Comfortable and chill vibes.

The staff here always seem unfriendly and irritated. When they pack the bread, they don’t even bother to wrap the unwrapped pieces in plastic or paper first. They just throw everything together into the bag without properly wrapping anything. It feels careless and unhygienic, and it happens every time I visit.
On top of that, I had a very upsetting experience today. I bought a bottled drink that turned out to be spoiled, my child even drank some before we noticed the problem. I went back less than five minutes after paying and asked for a refund, but they told me it couldn’t be processed and that I needed to come back 30 minutes later. Even after waiting that long, the manager never called to apologize, and the refund was still not processed.
I don’t understand how a refund cannot be issued immediately, especially when the product was clearly not safe to consume. This shows a serious lack of customer service and proper training.
Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

A couple of months ago, I bought a cake here for a friend. We didn’t like it, but I decided to give the place another chance. Yesterday, I bought a red velvet cake for my son’s birthday simply because it looked nice. What a disappointment.
No one liked it. The taste was honestly no better than a basic ShopRite cake- except this one was triple the price. A small cake costing $50 should be at least delicious, not mediocre.
Presentation isn’t enough. At this price point, quality and taste really need to match.
Pretty cakes are useless if the flavor is nothing but just sweet. I won’t be coming back.

Beautiful modern store with gorgeous interior and wonderful floor tiles. They had all popular PB bakery items on display. Lots of sitting area, all clean and well maintained.
We went to get a cake. It was evening hours, so a lot of the popular ones were sold out, still we had 5-6 kinds to pick from. Cake was packed precisely in the box, got knife and candles with it. Staff were very friendly and got our order ready super fast.
The mini strawberry soft cream cake was pure quality. Fluffy soft cake with delicious cream all around it topped with glazed strawberry.

I’ve visited this branch several times, and the service has been consistently disappointing. The cashiers — mostly younger staff — often have no expression, seem uninterested, and rarely greet customers. When I check out, they barely speak, and their voices are so quiet that I can’t even tell if they’re talking to me. I’ve had to stand there waiting because I wasn’t sure whether they were finished or not.
This happens every time I visit, and it makes me feel unsure if I’m even being treated as a customer. The food is good, but the customer service really needs improvement.

Great location with plenty of parking and seating. Used to be Dunkin but this fits better with the neighborhood. Wide selection of cakes and baked goods. Staff was fine and not absent like other review said. On this hot 88 degree day, really appreciated their strong AC. Last, the music they played was nice and mellow, not the rowdy stuff I’ve found at Starbucks these days. Enjoyed my time with good food and drinks here.

Today I saw a staff be very rude to a delivery guy. As I stood by the counter, I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary but the staff at the counter with red hair was very confrontational with the delivery person. The delivery guy seemed confused at the situation and tried to stay calm. The staff said something about shoving the phone on their faces. I didn’t notice any aggressive behavior from the delivery guy and was actually trying to stay calm and explain that he was merely showing the app as he should as standard work. But the staff with the red hair refuse to backdown until the very end even with many customers around. I’ve seem bad apple customers but never seen a service personnel be aggressive in front of customers, provoked or not.

Always stop by to get some fresh pastries for the family as a treat. Prices are so-so and adds up quickly. So I don’t come as often as I’d like. However everyone is always happy with their pastries and treats. Everything is delicious. Wish they had more locations especially in NY suburbs.
There’s dining so you can sit and enjoy lunch. Good amount of parking although it’s shared with the other stores in the plaza.
