This PB sits at a rental building. It’s nice and bright inside. Many tables at the dining area.
They have multiple kinds of pastries, breads and sandwiches. I love their croissants, pain aux raisins, pastel de nata and peanut crumb bread.
Their cakes are delicious and appealing. For holidays/festivals/big events, they usually have theme cakes too (valentines, Super Bowl etc).
Staff are nice and friendly. They keep the place clean. I would go to any PB and I know they have great food.

This PB store is really big, bright and modern. They have a big cozy seating space here. All their popular products like bakery, confectionery, desserts, sandwiches, cakes, hot and cold drinks are available here. They also sell some packaged goods like coffee beans, cookies and merchandise. It was the Super Bowl week, so they also had some SB themed cakes.
We grabbed some croissants, donuts, and bread from the store. Service was good, we did the checkout within minutes. The prices were similar to other PB stores. The condiments were available in the corner of the store. On my way out, I also noticed the window next to entrance door, where they were making all the delicious cakes. Overall loved this new PB store.

I go to this location at Montvale, NJ regularly. I always and consistently have a great experience because of their staff. Joanna is absolutely the kindest person. She is attentive and beyond helpful! As I walk in the door she already ringing me up and preparing my order. She tells me about promos going on at the location and also suggested items to try. I will always go back if not for the great coffee but for her above and beyond service!

This Paris Baguette location in Montvale is truly outstanding. I’ve visited several branches throughout New Jersey and Virginia, and this is by far the cleanest, most welcoming, and best-run location I’ve ever been to. Denise, the General Manager, is absolutely wonderful — warm, professional, and clearly takes great pride in maintaining such a spotless and inviting environment.
A special thank you to Audrey at the front, who was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. Her genuine hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome and turned an ordinary visit into such a pleasant experience.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by this Paris Baguette. The team here sets the bar high for service and cleanliness, and it truly shows. A real gem!

I’ve been going to Paris Baguette for years, mostly in the city, and I’ve always loved the quality. The food and drinks are consistently great. Now that there’s one close to my house, I was excited to go more often. That said, I was a little disappointed at the Northvale location. I usually order a matcha with mango, which I know is seasonal, but city locations have always been happy to make it as a custom drink since they still have the ingredients. I’ve never had an issue paying extra. Here, I was told they couldn’t make it because it’s seasonal, even though mango drinks are still on the menu. It just felt inconsistent. Quality is still excellent — I just hope this location becomes more flexible with custom drinks.

Not only are the pastries so delicious, but the customer service is out of this world and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The place is very clean, bathrooms always sanitary, and also always well supplied. Collette is super kind and courteous. She Made sure my order was exactly right and It was a great experience. I wouldn’t want anyone else handling my orders. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend

Great new location with very tasty food. Just as delicious as in the city. Awesome sweets wnd you can watch them as they bake and design beautiful cakes.
Highly recommend.
Update: having read a few other reviews, I wanted to add something. We have gone every time with our children, and we have always had good experiences. Not only do our kids love going there, the staff has always been kind of our kids. Even if my young one goes up to ask for water, staff always helps out in a friendly manner.

Two words – mochi donuts! Oh my dear ♥️ would love to go back and try the other stuff but be don’t have this establishment in Canada. Also bought sandwiches which were later warmed up in a pannini press – these were great too, a bit expensive but also a good size.

Claudia at the register was so well mannered and helpful. I’ve never been to a Paris baguette and didn’t know what to get. Claudia asked me questions and helped me pick the perfect option. She warmed up my pastry and made sure it was fresh. I felt so welcomed there. Def will go back!

Good pastries, staff always has good recommendations. Colette recommended I switch it up and try a white mocha latte instead of my normal caramel. Overall would give the staff 10/10, one star removed because the best items are always the seasonal ones that never come back
