Yum! This place has a huge variety of pastries. You start by grabbing a Cover tray with wax paper. Then you Use tongs to choose your favorite pastries. Lastly you Bring your tray to the register to purchase. I purchased a croissant , sticky milk buns , blueberry danish, a coconut Mochi Donut ($5.49) and a small SALTED CARM.PRETZ COLD BREW iced coffee for $5.59 Everything was delicious! Prices here are a little bit high but worth it for the quality of the products. my favorite was the croissant. It had the perfect consistency. Definitely will be back here. Staff is friendly too.

Love this place! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a clean, welcoming atmosphere and a beautifully designed space that makes you want to stay a while. The variety of pastries is incredible—almost too many delicious options to choose from! Everything looks fresh and tempting every single time.

The croissants are perfectly flaky, and the strawberry croissant and very berry pastry are absolute standouts. Pain au chocolat is rich and buttery, the cream-filled donuts are indulgent without being too heavy, and the sandwich options—both sweet and savory—are made with great attention to quality and flavor.

What really sets this place apart is the customer service. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help, which makes each visit even better. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and experience you get.

This has easily become one of my favorite spots, and I truly love visiting again and again. Highly recommended!

This location is clean and such a vibe. Cute spot to grab some baked goods and coffee or matcha. There were so many baked goods to pick from. You grab a tray, wax paper and tongs and that’s when the fun begins. So many options to pick from mochi donuts, croissants, donuts and coffees. The display case has tons of cake. Staff was super friendly too!

Finally, Paris Baguette has opened in West Hartford — and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve already visited this location several times with friends and family, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The café has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the service has been consistently excellent. You can really tell the staff cares about what they do.

I’ve tried quite a few pastries, and every single one has been fresh and delicious. The king cream donut and the chocolate croissant are my absolute favorites — light, flaky, and full of flavor. We also ordered the pizza and the four-cheese quiche, and the staff kindly warmed them up for us. Both were perfectly baked and incredibly tasty.

The coffee here deserves a special mention too. The cappuccino, latte, and other drinks are always made very well — smooth, balanced, and served just right. It’s the perfect place to relax, chat, and enjoy something sweet or savory at any time of day.

The staff is always friendly, patient, and helpful, which really makes the experience even better. It feels like the kind of café every neighborhood should have — cozy, clean, and full of great options.

We definitely needed a place like Paris Baguette in our area. Now I don’t have to drive all the way to New York City to enjoy these amazing pastries and coffee. I’m so glad they’re here, and I’m looking forward to many more visits!

Classy setup. Nice, clean and hygienic. Tables are too close to each other for comfort.

It’s impossible to pass through.

They don’t take name of the customer when you order coffee and sitting at a table. You need to pay attention to the name of coffee, when they announce it.

Overall experience good.

Will I go there again, yes.

What an amazing concept.

The pastries are so beautifully prepped and taste amazing.

The breakfast sandwiches not so much.

The cakes are amazingly deliciously. We bought my daughter the rainbow colored and it was delicious.

UPDATE; Was disabled friendly. However, I went in again today. An employee bumped right into me (I cannot move fast to get out of the way). No, sorry. No, excuse me. Nothing. I am in a lot of pain and had lost my appetite (and 10 dollars from what I spent on the food) and couldn’t eat. It went into the trash. Seriously disappointed.

Furthermore: Food prices went up and quality had went down.

The food looks sooo pretty yet didn’t taste that great. The mochi doughnut was full of oil and kinda stale, the fruit tart was okay, and the macaroons said $2.49 yet I was charged $3.09 for each of them. The tiramisu cake was simple not much important about it definitely not worth $9. The drinks tasted mainly like water, and we ordered two iced drinks, on the ticket it said iced yet the lady gave us a hot drink, when we asked to fix the problem and she gave attitude while looking at the ticket, Overall the staff was eh expect for the lovely lady in the blue hijab with glasses and the kind gentleman. but this locations need to improve. The options here are also a lot less compared to the New York locations. Not to mention the workers didn’t even know what flavor the macaroons were they said vanilla chocolate and the had no idea what the orange one was. I ended up receiving a chocolate salted caramel and instead of vanilla I got lemon. I’m allergic to lemon if my friend didn’t try it first there would’ve been a big problem. The bathroom was disgusting there was no toilet paper in the stalls and the toilets wouldn’t flush. Not worth the money will not be back to this location. If I was brave enough to ask for a refund I would’ve.

Ok so the actual process can be a little chaotic, however I prefer being shoulder to shoulder battling it out to fill my tray or box to waiting in a long line and feeling rushed.
I found one of the 1 star reviews amusing, you got 3 plain croissants and a plain twist to judge them on? I mean there’s something to be said about trying the most simple offering but here?!! Come on man.
The strawberry mochi donut was life changing delicious. Like ruined me for strawberry flavored baked goods. Bright, natural and delicate. The dough was airy and perfectly fried. It was just as delicious the next day which is rare in my opinion. Other notables were the strawberry croissant, again the cream was light and had the perfect amount of sweetness. The strawberries although not in season, were fresh, and the croissant was so flaky and perfectly baked. The mini churro croissants with caramel were 15/10.
Cronuts were bomb but I’m a purist for cronuts don’t need filling personally. Milk bread was fire.
Will definitely be back when the hype dies down a bit and try some of the savory offerings and maybe a slice of cake or 5. And yes it is a bit pricey, think $60 for 2 boxes of assorted items.
