You can’t go wrong with this taco truck. I decided to give it a try and I was not disappoint. I ordered four steak tacos with cilantro and onion. And the gentleman inside the food trucks said they had multiple flavors of horchata ( it’s home made!!) This is the first and only food truck that i’ve known that has the best strawberry horchata i’ve had. The green and red sauce were flavorful.
As well as the meat, we’ll seasoned. I will definitely will return to try other food items on their menu. They also have a pager system which allows you to return to your car and alerts to you when your food is ready, which is very convenient.

My experience with this food truck was amazing. From my first phone call till they left our party Leo was kind, patient and helpful. The food was amazing and I keep getting compliments about the food a week later. There was no set up or clean up for me to do. There was very little wait time to get your food and that made a difference with a big party. I would recommend Leo to do your party and I know I would hire him again. To Leo thank you for making my party so memorable you really did a great job and made all my guests feel welcome.

Came here on a wedding weekend after looking at reviews. Wanted to get something quick where we didn’t have to sit down. Found this place and loved it so much we came back later in the day. Earlier: I got the mixed meat (steak, chorizo, al pastor) burrito. Was great and not filled with rice and beans like some places do to skimp on meat. Hubs got the al pastor burrito. We got strawberry and regular horchata which was good. Just needs less ice.
Later: He came back for the Al Pastor. I got chicken taco and staff was so nice to give us and extra for coming back. So tasty and flavorful. Try this if you are nearby!

We hired Pariente Mix for our daughter’s graduation party. Leo and his staff were amazing to work with. He arrived early and stayed for most of our party. The food was delicious and we heard nothing but good things about it. Definitely worth it as we got to enjoy the party and talk to our guests. No worry about replenishing food or keeping it warm. Leo handled it all!
