During our visit to Truro, NS, we had the pleasure of discovering Parichat’s Asia Thai, a restaurant that delighted us from the very first moment. Its thoughtfully curated décore creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a great meal. The staff, made up of friendly young people, greets you with big smiles as soon as you walk in and remains attentive to every detail that defines excellent service.
When we tried the dishes recommended as house specialties, everything felt like pure magic. The balance of flavors was spot on – the curry had a subtle, delicate taste that perfectly complemented the vegetables and meat, and the noodle dishes exceeded our expectations.
To top it all off, we truly appreciated the professionalism of the chef, who is also the owner, for taking the time to visit each table and personally ask about our experience.
If you are visiting Truro, don’t miss the chance to visit Parichat’s Asia Thai – It’s an experience we wholeheartedly recommend.

The best restaurant in town. My go to is the Thai Egg rolls, I’ve tried everything else on the menu and love it here. Great service and atmosphere. Food can take a little while but worth the wait

Parichat’s (named for the chef) is a great spot for a patio meal. It’s located on a main street in Truro with plenty of parking. The server was very nice and the pacing of service was perfect. I had the mango salad (mild spice) with a surprise ingredient – fresh thin apple slices. I asked the server if this was the chef’s twist on the dish or perhaps an homage to the agricultural heritage of the area. Either way, it was an interesting flavour combination. I also prefer the salad peanuts crushed instead of whole, but the flavours were still as good. Then, I had the veg and tofu Pad Thai (mild) which I throughly enjoyed – evidenced by the cleaning of my plate! I was passing through Truro and needed a dinner stop. Parichat’s had good reviews. I can add mine to the list. I would definitely recommend Parichat’s especially in the summer when you can enjoy eating outside.

Best thai food we have tried in NS. Service 10/10 lady who helped us was very friendly and took time to explain the heritage and even asked if we wanted to relax after we ate and they were almost closed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Pictured is the Cashew Chicken Stir Fry with Jasmine Rice and Chicken Pad Thai. All family recipes!

I didn’t get everything i paid for… i got a container of rice, another of curry.. i paid $32.28 and $4 of that was for a spring roll that was not sent. The guy who took my order repeated it back to me. I was ok with waiting 2 hrs for delivery but not when i didn’t get everything. The curry was… ok but not worth over $30
