Stopped in shortly after opening to grab some breakfast items, and the quality remains excellent.

The Bakery: Picked up a fresh handmade French Baguette ($3.50). It was soft and chewy inside.

The Sweet Crepe: The Fruitella Crepe ($12.00) was made to order – smothered with Nutella and topped with fresh bananas, strawberries, and whipped cream. A great morning treat for my daughter.

⭐ Service: Special thanks to Brian for the excellent service and cooking. He even provided a small side of butter for us to enjoy with the fresh baguette right away!

Le Parfait Paris greets you immediately with a display of beautiful French pastries upon entering the Sky Deck. It’s a nice pitstop for a quick treat or a more substantial meal while navigating the Del Mar Highlands Town Center.

The food:
Galette Complete ($15.50): A savory standout. The crepe itself was freshly cooked with a chewy texture. It came filled with creamy melted Bechamel and thinly sliced Paris ham. The organic mixed greens and balsamic vinaigrette were essential, adding a vibrant acidity that cut through the richness of the egg and cheese.

Marrakech Mint Tea ($5.00): Only served in a large size, it was a hot and palate cleansing companion to the savory crepe.

Service and seating:
Special thanks to Neth for the professional service and recommendations. The eatery is surrounded by tables and loungers, making it a prime spot for people-watching in this upscale food hall.

Note:
While the couches are comfortable, be aware that weekends at the Sky Deck can get loud and chaotic due to the music and crowds. If you are looking for a quiet coffee to read a book, aim for a weekday or morning.

Overall:
A convenient and delicious spot for French crepes and pastries in Del Mar.

We’ve visited this La Perfait Paris several times, and we highly recommend stopping by.
Every visit has been wonderful, and this time we tried the cinnamon pastry — it was the best we’ve had in San Diego!
Everything is made fresh daily, and you can really taste the quality in every bite.
The service is excellent as well.
Highly recommend this place — definitely worth a visit!

The worst service ever. There was guy so stuck up. I had a long layover and was watching. They closed exactly at 12 noon, when atleast ten people showed up, this was turned his back and cleaning the coffee machine for ever and after 5 minutes said that he was closed!! There should have been a sign at least so people don’t wait for this guy to grace his presence!!

We really enjoyed the food and drink we ordered from Parfait Paris. The man working at the register, who also happens to be a lawyer in France, used his skills to convince us to try some of the fresh pastries they had available. They were all absolutely to die for. Additionally he recommended the creme brûlée latte, which I really enjoyed. For what it’s worth, i do think the food/drink is on the pricier side but the quality was definitely apparent.

Upscale and casual seatings. Posh environment. Coffee tastes okay. Macaron tastes average.

It’s located upstairs, since it may not be so obvious.
These desserts are top notch for sure, no bad choices, seriously!
Huge parking lot yet not always easy to find a spot. Lots of great places to eat in addition to this so feel free to go here for desserts.
Atmosphere is great and realy spacious and extremely well done.

Le Parfait Paris is located within Sky Deck in Del Mar Highlands. As soon as you go up the escalators and through the door, you’ll see the signage for this spot. There’s an abundance of tables and some couches available to sit on inside. As well as seating outside. The ceilings are high and there’s ample sunlight shining through.

There was only one worker the day I went and he was attending another customer. He was really nice and friendly. I noticed that he kept referencing little placecards (to ensure he’s making things correctly). Must be new, too bad there wasn’t another worker there to help him out and give him some pointers. I had an Iced Honey Lavender Latte here, for about $6.50. He asked me if whole milk was okay and if I wanted it on the sweeter side or more espresso forward. I asked for a balance of the two, as that’s the norm when it comes to specialty drinks, or at least in my opinion. As kind as he was, the finishing product of the drink was very lackluster. The drink was watered down and when I got near the end there was a thick gloop of liquid honey (that didn’t get mixed into the espresso). I originally thought he just mistakenly grabbed two plastic cups, but it was because he accidentally spilled a large amount of honey down the side of the cup.

I’ve been to several other locations of Le Parfait Paris and enjoyed my food/drinks (croissant sandwich, macarons, cappucino). This was just an unfortunate timing, but I am sure that the next time I visit– it will be a better experience.

I tried the Nutella Cruffin and Cappuccino, they make an excellent combo. The Cruffin was warmed up a little based on request, it had crunchy layers and just melted in my mouth. The Cappuccino could’ve been better. The ambiance is amazing!!

I don’t often come to this part of town and actually had trouble finding this location. Look up. It’s above Jimbo’s. Take the escalators to the left and you can’t miss it when you reach the top. There’s plenty of seating, a good menu, and a good vibe. We went for crepes, which are a little pricey, but look where you are and it makes sense. The crepes were great, and we took a chocolate cake to go which was top notch. If you’re in the area, check out Parfait Paris.
