Paretta’s was a new-to-us restaurant, and we loved it! Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us some great recommendations. The food was made fresh to order, hot, flavorful, and reasonably priced. I only wish we came hungrier, so we could have tried more food!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 — The Taste Buds’ Official Review

If you want to leave happy (and possibly licking your plate), start with the appetizers — they’re that good. We, the Taste Buds, rate the arancini a solid 10/10. And that red sauce? To die for — rich, flavorful, and so good we were wishing for a basket of bread and oil to soak up every last drop.

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful — attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. The salad with candied walnuts might just be one of the best salads we’ve ever had — fresh, balanced, and perfectly dressed.

Now, onto the entrées — where the flavor adventure took a few unexpected turns.

Lasagna: Cheese lovers, this is your moment. 10/10 if you’re all about that cheesy life.

Ravioli: Our second favorite — with the ribeye and truffle oil on top stealing the show for best meat dish.

Carbonara: Tasty pancetta, but we were left wishing the sauce was creamier and more cohesive (a few egg bits didn’t quite blend in).

Chicken Marsala: The only unanimous miss. All five of us agreed it leaned too sweet and lacked the punch of flavor the other dishes had — though the risotto and brussel sprouts were fantastic.

Fettuccine: Good, not great. Generous on chicken but lighter on the creaminess we expected. More like buttered noodles.

The wine selection was great, but the lemon drop cocktail missed the mark — not served over ice and not quite balanced.

Final verdict:
✅ Amazing service
✅ Killer apps and salads
✅ Red sauce heaven
❌ Entrées could use some fine-tuning
Please, for the love of sauce, add some bread!

We’d absolutely come back — just maybe for round two of the apps, salad, and that unforgettable red sauce.

A lovely addition to the local dining choices. We made reservations and came from Lafayette. Our party was seated promptly. It is definitely a cozy environment, so not meant for private conversations, but we actually enjoyed conversing with the tables to our right and left a bit. The ravioli special was a mushroom & truffle with ribeye steak bites. Not only was it delicious, but there was enough to bring home for a second meal. The service was a bit slow at times, but we chalked it up to appearing a little understaffed by our estimation and we were not in a hurry. Our party of 4 will definitely be back!

We had brunch here on a Sunday, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! We had reservations, and arrived a few minutes early. We were seated shortly after arrival.

The food was excellent! We were a party of 6, and everyone’s food was hot, fresh, and ready within about 20-25 minutes of ordering, I think. We did spent a while reading the menu, and several of us did get specialty drinks, so I’m not entirely sure on the timing.

All the food was VERY good! We ordered 6 different dishes, and everyone was satisfied and quite full afterwards.

On Sundays, only the brunch menu is available, not the dinner menu. The brunch menu wasn’t huge, but each menu item had a lot of choices, so we all had trouble deciding what to get! Everything sounded good.

I also really liked the atmosphere. The art on the walls was very Italian. Some of the landscape scenes reminded me of an olive farm/vineyard my family stayed at in Tuscany last summer. The instrumental music playing softly enhanced the atmosphere, too.

The food was flavorful, and definitely tastes authentic! I wouldn’t be surprised if the chef is from Italy, or went to culinary school there.

Best ribeye EVER ! We dined on a Friday eve, made reservations for 7:15pm we were seated by 7:30pm.We loved the stuffed pepper apps (even though I don’t care for stuffed peppers !) Fried Polenta was AMAZING. We had Mushroom Gnocci, chicken Alfredo, and of course the amazing ribeye. Our server was delightful, friendly, knowledgeable , and most of all she laughed at my father in laws lame jokes we will return and recommend to all who want a fine dining experience and support our neighbors !

We arrived about 10 minutes prior to our reservation time and even though there were empty tables, we were asked to wait so we didn’t “overwhelm” the kitchen staff. There were only 2 of us.

Ordered the fried polenta as an appetizer. Terrible. Ordered a small Cesar salad. It was ok except for the stale croutons. My husband ordered the bolognese and I had the lasagna. After waiting over an hour for our food, the bolognese came out cold. My lasagna has almost no sauce and was mostly cheese. We shared our concerns with our waiter who remarked that he couldn’t do anything about the kitchen staff. He sent the manager. We explained our situation and frustrations and were met with more excuses. “We’ve only been open 8 weeks she said, we’re still ironing out the kinks.” She offered to take a percentage off our bill but we refused. I would have rather she took responsibility for the horrible service and food.

If the management staff is still “working out the kinks” after 8 weeks, this place isn’t going to make it. If you want horrible service, cold and expensive food, go here. If not, go elsewhere.

Nice place!! I did read all the reviews. I however, will be understanding about some issues since they are extremely NEW.
The atmosphere is great. Not a noisy place. Decor is minimal and clean-cut, very nice.
Now, there s no salt and pepper, or grated cheese, on the tables. You do need to ask for it, but it keeps the table nice and open. I like it. If you need it, ask for it, they’ll give it to you.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. We were greeted and seated promptly, I do suggest a reservation.
The mimosas were tasty!! (Cream sickle) They have a pleasant brunch menu. The food was very good. Enjoyed it. Will come back.

The food was very delicious, but they are definitely still working out some kinks with seating tables and managing reservations. Don’t let a wait for your table deter you from eating here, as the food was definitely worth it. Spend some of the extra time looking over the menu or grabbing a drink from their bar! This is an issue I’m sure will get worked out with time.

Our family had a wonderful time at Paretta’s! We had a reservation on their first weekend and were seated promptly. The menus were beautiful and our waitress was with us quickly. Our table had the arancini and stuffed mushrooms for appetizers, fruit and Gorgonzola salad and wedding soup for a first course, and the chicken piccata, spaghetti carbonara, and ravioli for our main dishes. The pastas were delicious and the chicken was perfectly cooked. The chocolate torte for dessert was delicious! We did have to ask our waitress for children’s options which they do offer but were missing from our main menu. We were expecting longer wait times for our food since the restaurant is new but we received all of our dishes fairly quickly. The restaurant is beautiful and we can’t wait to become regulars!
