If I could give half a star I would. I’ve eaten here before but this visit was the worst. Normally when u order loaded steak fries it comes in a big portion , this was a small fry w some steak on it for 13 dollars. The side of cheese sauce I paid for was cold. Like it had never even been heated up fresh out of a cooler. The steak on my sandwich was burnt and the bread on half of it was stale. Sadly u can’t call and complain about it to anyone and uber eats doesn’t refund. While I habe enjoyed the cheesesteak sandwich in the past. This Sunday evening order was complete trash and very disappointing waste of 42 dollars.

Ordered a couple of sandwiches through Doordash awhile back.
What we received were two hoagie rolls with some dry meat and unmelted cheese.
No mushrooms, no onions.
Just meat and cheese.

I had a cheesesteak delivered for the first time tonight and loved it. I don’t understand the 1 star reviews for this restaurant. I think some people are put off by the concept of a ghost kitchen but try their cheesesteak. It’s worth it.
