So first off, this is an iHop. Secondly, I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and ordered “double it up” which says “two regular sized cheesesteaks.” I received one cheesesteak with what the iHop team said had double the meat and everything else. Bruh. Real double meat, cheese, onions, mushrooms, etc could not fit inside one hoagie. Check the pic and decide for yourself.
I also ordered “buffalo tender loaded fries.” Asked for extra cheese and extra ranch. As you can see, I receive an order of regular fries, and a random order of tenders. Compare the pictures from the website to what I received. Zero ranch, zero cheese. Not even the regular amount.
At MINIMUM I’d appreciate a full refund and apology for this travesty and incredibly misleading wording of your food.

Never order from this place. The estimated delivery time was 30 minutes. It took over an hour and a half. When you call the number it puts you on hold for a few seconds then asks you to leave a message and they don’t call back. Food was cold the steak fries had virtually no cheese after I requested extra cheese. Very bland terrible food and service

This place is a hazard I ordered my food and the cheesesteak was dry and had no flavor and to make matters worse me and my girlfriends drinks had so many ants floating inside at the top. DO NOT EAT HERE. It needs to be shut down.
