How is this place even open?
I ordered for the first time tonight and obviously the owners have never had an actual cheese steak.
My “chicken cheese steak” consisted of a breaded chicken patty (practically burnt), bacon, processed American cheese slices, bacon and mayo.
Just disgusting.
What’s even more disgusting is that it cost $14.38!

What food? Ghost kitchen. Pardon My Cheesesteak is in this iHop? A group of coworkers and I placed a bunch of orders only to be charged, go to pick up and the place is closed. There is absolutely nothing showing this digital kitchen on or around IHOP, no phone number to contact anyone. We are all charged anywhere from $18-$23. I try calling today and the number isn’t connected. Why are you marketing, taking orders and charging customers when you’re closed?

We ordered a double handful of fries and a spicy chicken sub and got a small order of fries ands a chicken sub that was piss poor for the spicy chicken…. The picture on the website it nothing like the actual sandwich. Overall, food was good, portions of what we ordered not good. We spend a lot of money, get our order correct

I ordered a delivery for a specific time. The order wasn’t even being prepared at the time of said delivery. Needless to say I couldn’t have my lunch. If you are unable to accommodate special times I suggest you not enable specific time.
