Very disappointed in my food. I ordered the buffalo tender loaded fries. The menu shows a great picture with the description “Crispy chicken strips made with all-natural chicken tossed with buffalo sauce on a bed of French Fries with cheese sauce, buttermilk ranch, and pickles”. I received a plain chicken tender and fry with a side of buffalo sauce. No pickles, no ranch, no cheese sauce. Very disappointed, especially since the meal was $14 plus a $3.40 online fee all to not get what we ordered. Horrible experience, will not order again. I included the image of what I received and what it was supposed to look like. Also when you call to complain you have to talk to an AI automated system that does not help at all. Horrible, horrible experience.
