Ok, so I am a tamale lover and try them everywhere I can get them…and very few places do them well. I ordered 2 of the chicken with green sauce (tamales verde) and I was blown away! Best tamales I have ever had, hands down! I will be going back to buy as many as she has, and freeze them!!

I love to support small businesses and this restaurant I been wanted to try it so I did. I’ve heard they over price things but still decided to try it. I had 4 tacos it said the order of 5 was $16.99 on the menu, so why did I get charged $20 for 4 tacos ? yes I had only the tacos and they were to go no drink or nothing $20 for 4 tacos ? basically $4.80 for each almost $5 and they not even the double tortilla tacos and I had beef tacos but I had more fat than meat. I LOVE Parces Place, been coming here and getting food delivered from them, for a couple of years now. Let me tell you why I love them.
– This isn’t just a food truck. It’s always there.
– The food is consistently INCREDIBLE. If you haven’t tried their ribs you haven’t lived – they are tender, tasty (and I’m going to say it…) moist.
– The portions are ENORMOUS. For those of you complaining about price? The price is Fair. Sometimes it’s almost 2 meals’ worth!!
– The people are Always friendly.
– Amazing over-and-above service: when they are about to close, they don’t stop ‘right on the clock’ – they will continue cooking your food until it’s done. Case in point: I made a mistake last night and phone ordered only 1 portion of ribs when I needed 2. Upon realizing when I arrived to collect it, even though it was after their closing time (currently 6pm), they didn’t hesitate to make me another portion. Thank you!!
One night I forgot their closing time and had promised ribs: on calling the owner, the Parces Place chef had already left the building! I offered to pay a bonus to get the chef back and prepare them… and they DID!!
You can tell, I like the ribs.
Ok, some more:
– they deliver to Harbor Island and Fripp Island (seasonal)
– they can also deliver small grocery items with food, as the owner of Parces Place also owns Mainline Market on Harbor Island.
– you can text the owner
– they accept American Express (although pls don’t use Amex so much, as they charge bigger fees to merchant)
– I’ve never seen them short staffed.
I’ll continue to support and promote this amazing small business. They’re worth it.

Advertised as a Colombian food truck.. far from it mostly Mexican food, misleading..food was ok but quesadilla was just a wrap with too much cheese..coming from a Colombian this place is not Colombian at all super disappointed
