We are non Spanish speaking who loves trying different cuisines. Waiteress did not speak much English which wasn’t a huge problem since she was able to guide us enough. Some of their dishes weren’t available which was frustrating as we were trying to get food for kids as well. Their menu was a little difficult to decipher for non English speakers not familiar with the food. Service was good. Their soda options were prettylimited (no Diet Coke). Food was good…not great.

I ordered an arepa which the menu described as cornbread with cheese. That should have given me a clue. They don’t use the right masa. Cheese was ok. But I can make my own much better and for way cheaper. I am surprised they have two locations. Not authentic at all. Big disappointment.

I was recently in this restaurant on Bandera and loved everything I had! Fresh homemade bread was delicious, homemade Flan, and delicious in house made Aguas Frescas made my meal wonderful! Service was outstanding and most of all the location is super clean and inviting! I will definitely go back and try something new!
