My fiance and I had an amazing experience at Parc. But it’s not just a one time thing. Every time we go in we are treated like family. The owners and staff are always so welcoming. The food is spectacular – one of the most sophisticated menus in Aspen along with their wine selection. This is a standout spot in Aspen we will continue to go to for years. Parc Aspen is a MUST during your trip to Aspen! It is an absolutely stunning restaurant that pays so much attention to every detail and offers superb service! It is also delicious! The quality and time spent on every dish is like no other! Maryanne and Harley have spent so much time and effort on creating a space where you feel like home but also get the best service! They care about each and and every person that visits as well as their team and it shows. Please try the foie gras! It is out of this world! The 7x Wagyu Rib Eye is also amazing! I am new to the Roaring Fork Valley having just moved here earlier this month and I have to share the warm welcome I received at PARC.
The food is spectacular and the service was impeccable. The sommelier Alexandra was incredibly knowledgeable about their diverse offerings and provided the perfect pairing for our meal.
My friend and I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager and one of the proprietors, both of whom were incredibly kind and genuinely welcoming to both the restaurant and area itself.
The atmosphere is very refined yet comfortable and inviting. From the lovely hosts to our wonderful server Boris everyone was attentive and so considerate.
The wagyu ribeye was truly life changing. I haven’t stopped thinking about it. Seared to perfection and it hit the table at the epitome of medium rare. That first bite will forever live fondly in my memory.
Equally stunning was the foie gras. Delicate, decadent, and perfectly balanced with the poached apple and accompanying frangipane tart. I think that was my favorite presentation of foie gras I have ever had.
Cannot recommend PARC enough. If you have time, you have to go. If you don’t have time, make time.

This is the place to go in Aspen for a nice dinner or a classy drink and bar experience. Fancy but not pretentious, attentive but not fussy. A truly well-designed tasting menu, but equally easy to have an amazing steak and fries. I almost don’t want to post this to draw attention, but they deserve it. Beverage Director John McKenna has a lot to do with this place rising far above the crowd – and in Aspen that’s saying a lot.

The staff were exceptional, the ambience was delightful, the drinks sublime. 10/10. If you’re going here and they offer a tasting menu, take it, you won’t regret it.

We began with the foie gras, which was absolutely amazing, and followed with the black cod—perfectly cooked, delicate, and elevated beautifully by the black truffle on top.
My husband ordered the elk loin, and it was phenomenal. Prepared medium rare as the chef recommended, it was cooked to perfection and paired with a delectable vegetable crêpe that complemented the dish beautifully.
