Second time coming to this restaurant & I can tell you everything is FRESH. I thought I was being spoiled last time because I game with my girlfriend & expressed we’ve never tried so I assume they put on their best for first time customers. Now fast forward to today. Greeted with huge smile & “how’s your day”. Quickly ordered was told some information about the food & store. The cook got started Right away. I ordered the chick over rice lunch special & a mango colada. Will recommend to every & anyone!

drove two hours to this amazing spot that i saw on tiktok with so many varieties of food you can get! i got the tikka masala over rice and my friend that I was with got the fried chicken over the fries with butter sauce on top and both things tasted delectable the meat was so juicy And we got some of their parathas on the side which were so buttery and so good. everything was made by order so it was really fresh and you could see Them making it in front of you in the back. The person that took our order and made our food was named syeda And she was very hospitable and helpful with what we could order, and the owner himself came and made sure that Our food was to our liking which was amazing and so sweet. 10/10 experience would hundred percent go back for more of their parathas

Great service! I came in with my partner and had such friendly and attentive service from the owner. His wife’s mural on the wall made it that much more enjoyable of an experience! If you’re thinking about it make sure to stop by the lamb gyro and mix platter over rice were yums!

Really enjoyed my time here while visiting NJ from NC! The owner is very passionate about the experience he creates for his customers and the food was also REALLY good. We ordered both weekend specials for breakfast and he ended up giving us a free chai. The achar tastes homemade and was perfect with everything that was served fresh. Definitely will be coming here on business trips again for sure.

This is such a great place for a casual bite to eat. The food is amazing, the spicy chicken sandwich has the perfect balance between spice and green chutney. And the shami kebab sandwich is amazingly flavorful. The owner is also such an awesome and wholesome person and very nice and passionate about his food. Beautiful mural on the wall, definitely worth a visit if you’re hungry.

Such a great addition to the area! The service was very pleasant and welcoming from start to finish. The parathas were absolutely delicious, and the loaded fries were packed with flavor—definitely a must-try. Portions were satisfying, prices were very reasonable, and the overall experience was nice. I’ll definitely be back as I love the new types of suits one Englewood has been adding to the area. Definitely give it a try!

Hospitality and authenticity is Paratha and Platters’ strong point. The owner is very welcoming and conversational and it is obvious that for him this is a passion project. As someone who has spent many summer vacations in Karachi throughout my life, I was instantly transported back. The Shami Bun Kabab was amazing, as was the spicy chicken sandwich.
There are plenty of items on the menu to choose from, it’ll be hard to make a decision of what you want to eat. I guess that means I’ll just have to come back.
I only reduced a star in the atmosphere section because it was unfortunately quite cold in the restaurant but that’s mostly a weather-related thing. The owner was however nice enough to place a space heater near us which made it tolerable.

What truly elevated the experience is the warm, patient owner who thoughtfully explained every option and happily shared his personal life journey that led him to open this heartfelt spot, making our visit feel incredibly special.
