The Paramount Bar knows exactly what it’s doing. The honey ham and Swiss sandwich is stacked just right. Warm, melty, and unapologetically indulgent. Sweet, savory, and pressed together so well it feels intentional. Every bite hits in all the right places, and I found myself slowing down just to enjoy it longer. If you like your food a little comforting and a little seductive, this one delivers.

Good eats and excellent service, caught live band, a tribute to Landon gathering…small stage, but they didn’t seem to mind. Great bunch of people to mingle with, although I don’t habit bars at all. One time visit.

Favorite place in Salina. If your thinking of eating at Applebee’s or Chili’s, DON’T! Go here instead! I haven’t found something on the menu I didn’t like. Great prices, great atmosphere, great service. Love it

Great sandwiches and “Mandy” the bartender is phenomenal. She and the waitress played with my dog, trying to help him get over his shyness by giving him tons of sandwich meat. Great selection of beers and laid-back comfortable place. Great place to watch the game.

A large group of us stopped in here after a meeting on a Monday afternoon around 4. Only one bartender, and she did amazing. The beer was ice cold. The locals were accommodating as well. Great spot, service, and atmosphere.

I thought the entire visit was great. I had the hot wings, and I asked for the wings to be extra hot. They were incredibly hot, and that’s exactly what I wanted. A great selection of quality bourbons as well. Go see the team at Paramount as soon as you get a chance!!

One of the best bars in town! Fantastic service and atmosphere here, I love the feel! They sometimes have live bands. Jukebox and dart machine is present. The drinks are competitively priced and well made. The bartenders are very friendly. The outside patio is nice and the bar is a decent size. I celebrated my 21st birthday here, and have been coming every weekend I am in Salina ever since.
EDIT 11/15/2021: The food is great AND cheap, although the hours seem to fluctuate and it closes early. Paramount is not consistent with their hours. Also, in the recent months they seem to be understaffed with only one bartender working. Really need to have 2 MINIMUM on weekends… Some people have complained about price, but I think my mixed drinks are usually only $5-6 for a double and some shots or drinks are only $3 I think.
The owner (Kevin ??) is also a cool guy and can usually be seen working or drinking here as well, lol.

This was my 2nd time eating here—Classic Burger & fries. One of the best hometown burger I’ve had in a long time. Nice flavor and HOT, fresh fries…food is freshly made to order. The servuce was quick, and the ladies on both occasions were very nice. I definitely recommend and will be back!
