Never again!! We previously used to order from here it was lovely food and a real treat…. I couldn’t remember why we stopped ordering from here however I’m assuming after tonight I may know why. Lamb Jalfrazi – the lamb was tiny chunks if lamb full of fat could not chew one peice of meat…. Tikka main had to stop eating after one peice as just didnt taste right like it had been sitting round (not saying this is what happened but it tasted rotten thats the only way I know how to explain it) Nan bread really chewy and tasted plain could not taste any garlic .The 2 teenages didnt finish the Korma that was shared between them which they usually love and have previously really enjoyed from here. My daughter who would usually clear a plate had nearly a full plate left she didn’t enjoy it and the mint sauce tasted like yakult with the tiniest but of green spects in it. I have never been more disappointed in a Indian meal in my life. Truly disappointed from somewhere we used to really enjoy. I DO NOT take leaving reviews like this lighty as I am fully aware of the impact it can have on a buisness. However when money is tight for everyone and you are looking for a treat to celebrate the coming new year with your family and nearly £70.00 wasted on unedible food it is a real disappointment. If it was one dish I would have let it slide however the whole order was a disappointment

Wow!
Best onion bhajis I’ve ever had. Crispy and full of flavour.
Delicious mains and sides.
Arrived exactly when they said it would.
Great value for money.
My only sadness is I don’t live nearer, but I’ll be trying to order whenever I do get back to Crosby.

Been sat inside the take away for an hour now. No acknowledgment of it being delayed… kitchen staff couldn’t give a crap. Feel sorry for the woman at front of house who is doing her absolute best, but overall the need to review their operation as if this carries on they will be out of business within a year

I’ve ordered here many of times over the last three years and the food has always been amazing! However I will never be ordering again.
Ordered food and the delivery window arrived and still no sign of the driver. Rang the restaurant a couple of times to see where it was, to be told it’s on its way.
The food turned up 25 minutes late, the driver barely apologised. Then when we went to eat it everything was freezing.
I called the restaurant to tell them what had happened to be basically called a liar and that you can’t have a refund. Arguing with me about how the driver only had two deliveries so it can’t be cold. Even thought the app told us it was delivered 35 minutes before it was actually delivered.

Had to wait a really long time for our delivery. It was a Saturday night and they had staff off. I was quite grumpy with the delivery guy, apologies for that! The food was worth the wait. Absolutely delicious. We ordered 4 different curries and each tasted different (not like some curries which all have the same base taste). Would highly recommend and order again. Only next time I’ll be ordering direct, not through Just Eat, as I may get a more accurate delivery schedule!

1st time ordering from here, the Lady on the phone was lovely, really helpful in explaining the dishes, pricing up our order, and taking payment.
Food was delicious!
Chicken Tandoori was amazing, aswell as the Coconut rice, gorgeous!
Big portions aswell, Everything was nice and fresh.
Delivery was good, very prompt and hot on arrival.

Whats happened , Ive raved about this place for years , the chicken pakora has gone from the best to the worst, completely different recipe cooked on the wrong temp , so crispy outside and raw on the inside , greasy and nasty … i just hope the other vegetarian food ive ordered is has not changed…. has the chef changed ? be careful, it was so so good ,but not sure now

Delivery: ordered and told 40-50 minutes delivery. Had to walk round to the shop myself after 1 hour and 40 minutes to find out what was happening with the order as they do not answer the telephone.
Service: After questioning about the order and asking for a refund instead of the food, was given extremely rude response from the staff. They asked “What do you want me to do?”. Not even an apology.
Will never order again or recommend others to do so.
