Came to get some of the pasta that is recommended in the reviews. My husband and I ordered two shrimp scampi and ten wings. The wings took about 30 minutes to come out. Two different flavors. The sauce on one was just poured on top and given to us. They were dry and unseasoned. We sat there for two hours even though we ordered almost immediately and never received the shrimp scampi bevause we were tired of waiting. The bartender, who was a sweet heart, let the manager know and apologized. The manager took the scampi off the bill but never came to speak to us, to apologize, or to even acknowledge that we had an issue. I watched the bartender tell him the situation. All he said was have a good night on our way out. Fair to say it was our first and last time patroning here. The lack of acknowledgement is the most egregious part.

I come here pretty often and it is always a great time. Today was wing/karaoke night, so it was the perfect opportunity to try the wings. They were so hot and well seasoned without being salty. Shawne was the bartender and she was very friendly and quick with the service. We will definitely return, we need more of those wings!

The atmosphere was great good music fun dj. We went at 945 on a Thursday. We were told the kitchen closes at 11. We order at 10 and we get 2 smash burgers with fries with a bourbon on the rocks. Drink comes out at 1015. Order comes at 10:27 w/ with soft unseasoned fries, the burger is burnt and the cheese is barely melted with items missing. Really unfortunate as the reason we came was the reviews and photos. My husband took one bite and said would have rather go to Wendy’s…. The bartender asked if he liked the burger, he said no and she walked away saying why? She saw the burger when she served it burnt… We just paid and left.

I had a wonderful experience this evening with a group of colleagues. The atmosphere was definitely social; the decor was quaint and security checked bags at the door. The owners were there and they were very attentive, as well as, the staff. Our server approached with a smile and a genuine desire to make our visit pleasurable. I was extremely pleased with the pricing of the food and drinks. The food was served hot and was attractively plated.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. The service I received was superb and the food was very delicious. The atmosphere had a nice calm classy vibe and I truly enjoyed my time there. I even got to meet the owner, he came around and greeted everyone and took the time to talk and It didn’t feel rushed. It was a top notch upscale place. I will definitely return. You have to get the seafood pasta oh my gosh!!

The best bar experience I’ve had in Cleveland!!! Customer service…we didn’t have to get anyones attention to get service came right to us and took our food & drink order. The calamari is excellent, love the atmosphere if you haven’t checked it out yet you NEED TO!

I came to Paragon while visiting Cleveland for the first time. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing! Also the wings are unbelievable! Hands down the best wings I’ve ever had. You have to try the “None of your business” sauce! I will gladly come again.
