I’m sad to say that I’m having to update my review based off of my second experience here. Upon arrival to the restaurant I was asked for my phone number? No explanation, when I asked the lady said it was for lost and found purposes? First time experience with that. She then sat us with no menus. I wasnt sure if this was a QR code zone, so I waited until a waiter came and asked if we wanted drinks, we asked for menus! Poor service/ $6 cokes and they charge for refills. If you want to act like a high quality restaurant and charge top dollar, then your staff and service should match! Over $250 meal for poor service! Oh, and we had to ask for the refill! Didn’t even get offered. Just poor service, will not be returning. The food is good, but honestly you can get the same stuff right next door! Literally, there’s an Italian spot the next shop over

Don’t bother. We dined in May 27 but Google wasn’t letting me put in a review that day (hence the delay). Disappointing is a good word to describe this place. 2 drinks, 1 app, 2 entrees + tip= $250. Pretty standard pricing for top quality food and drinks, but this place does not have top quality food or drinks. We’ve had much better food at this price range at other places. Service was decent/very good, but nothing to write home about. We went at 7pm on a Saturday and it was empty inside (this should tell you all you need to know). The food was definitely not as fresh tasting as it should be – like they hold onto it as long as they can because business is slow. Not sure how it’s stayed in business all these years. Oh, and there were gnats flying around us the entire time. When I went to the bathroom there were ants crawling on the walls and on the paper towels and gnats flying around in there also. Hate to think of what the kitchen looks like. I’m not one to write reviews, but had to for Paradiso, very disappointing. We won’t recommend or revisit.

Visited for my 30th birthday dinner and every moment from seating to dessert was phenomenal! Both our server and the owner were kind and went above and beyond to make the night special for me and my family & friends. The food was especially delicious! The porcini mushroom risotto special was divine, and fed me for three meals! My group also loved the scallops with lemon risotto & asparagus. For dessert, definitely try the pistachio gelato! Thank you chef/owner Angelo and the rest of the Paradiso staff!

The service lives up to the cost. The staff was extremely attentive from the bottled water in the ice bucket, to the way the martinis were delivered to me, the beautiful salad and bread (on the house) and even the pistachio cookies (on the house) after dinner. It felt like the real deal and I wish I had come here sooner. The food is quite tasty and if you love wine they have an amazing wine room with a private table inside. The other tables inside were larger parties and they were having a great time. If you want to have a beautiful white tablecloth dinner this place gets 10 stars from me. I would love to come back here again soon. Perfect for a date.

This was our first visit to Paradiso. We sat outside which was pleasant if not a little noisy from passing traffic. We were greeted by service with olives, cheese and some delicious gorgeous, crunchy herb bread. We then got cocktails and ordered. I was floored by the prices. We are used to paying higher prices but $30 for an appetizer sized dish is ridiculous. That being said, this is a full serviced restaurant with a maitre’d, bus people, etc that has stood the test of time for 24 years, so what do we know?. We expected to be blown away by the food and quite frankly were not- it was good, not great. We may try Paradiso again, perhaps for a special occasion.

Dishes were fresh, flavorful and well presented. I had the trittico de pasta, which was a nice sampling of two pastas with risotto and scallops. Guests enjoyed generous portions of prawns with pasta and eggplant rolatini. The made to order chocolate souffle was light with a flaky crust that revealed chocolate bliss! The gelato complimented it nicely, with the right balance of sweetness. On previous visits, when we were craving dessert only, we’ve ordered it with espresso martinis. Service has been impeccable every time.
