I stopped ordering pizzas from paradise about a month ago. I don’t know what changed there. Don’t get me wrong, I love almost everything about their pizzas, but for some reason the last 3 pizzas we got were burnt on the bottom. I called the restaurant and the manager gave me attitude. I get it it was a day later and we were bringing as kind of a house warming for a friend in Battle Creek. The next pizza the same thing burnt crust. I didn’t cause a fuss, we just decided to not order again. I love their subs so I was not going to stop ordering subs, but come on, the first sub I order , burnt. See photo.

Great food and customer service. Also the delivery driver gave my dog a treat. Pizza was hot and delivered in under 30 minutes.

Great pizza place. Great dough, real mozzarella cheese grated fresh. The grated pecorino Romano is real cheese of the block, not some Sysco silicone filler chain nonsense. Good people, even better food. Buy local support your communities.

Have had some very bad customer service here, they really need to improve on that. Was told they only burn your pizza on request & I did not request this. I asked politely for them to watch the pizza this time (because they gave me a burnt pizza before and it was black) so it wouldn’t burn & I got this .
