Yes, messed up. My order. Spent $61 with the tip included said delivery was 45 minutes called. After an hour only be told that we’ve been trying to call you for the last 30 minutes trying to get my address and they had the wrong phone number but according to sky tab their online ordering service I had my correct number and my address. When we received the food, the pizza tasted like cardboard the wings were overcooked and spongy. The side salad wasn’t even done correctly. There were things on it that were supposed to be on it that weren’t on it so overall experience was bad. this is just made me not want to come back to this place. Highly upset with my food and service. Would love a refund

This was my experience. Saw a sign that said grand opening.
Stoped in and this is what I received…
The wings were dry and burnt, the onion rings were delicious, the broccoli Alfredo was nothing but a mess of pasta no taste.
I was the only one in the line yet they sent a order that was the same as mine out for delivery and served several other customers as I continued waiting.
The man pulled a order that had been sitting on top of the stove placed the fresh bag of hot onion rings on top and served me last.
In response to the owner’s reply, if a person’s order is ready and paid for you give to them not place on a stove to get cold.
If the person order more and pay for that and have to wait it is ok. No excuse. My order was paid in full should have been given to me when it is ready not put back on stove.

Wonderful thin crust pizza. Crispy. The Italian sausage was sliced, not chunks. Sliced is so much better! Most of the business appears to be take out, but they do have several tables if you want to eat in. We ate in and pizza was nice and hot. We also had an order of wings and they were also great.

Food was good, but there is seriously something wrong with your Coke products. That’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars. Tastes like chlorine bleach was added to our sodas. Not a fluke, my company ordered twice this week, once last week. All 3 times was that strong chlorine taste. Fix this, if you want our business! Our drink is just as important as our food.

I got the 2 medium 1 topping pizza special, the other pizza was gone before I can write the review! And that being said this pizza is dangerously delicious. I feel like from all the New York style pizzas in Hagerstown and originally being from there, this pizza comes closest to home! Afraid to say better than the beloved Rocky’s too, didn’t think it was possible. Please give this pizza a try ASAPPPPPP if you don’t believe me! I asked for it to be baked well done, not burnt! It came out perfect. This is going to be my go to pizza spot.

Ordered the Paradise Special pizza to go. They are very generous with the toppings and the crust was good. Unfortunately, there was barely any pizza sauce on it.. Most places you need to order extra sauce and this is one of them. Basic fundamentals of a pizza is the sauce!!!

I placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I even tipped. Upon arrival I was given the wrong order; just to find out they hadn’t even started my actual order until 10 minutes after I arrived. I spent another 20 minutes standing in the dining room watching my wings get cold while they made my pizza. All just to be told “it will be just a few more minutes thank you”

Pizza Paradise has the best subs in town! The food quality is always top-notch, and the service is incredibly fast. Everything on the menu is delicious—from the pizza to the pasta. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving real New York-style Italian food!
