It’s busy here so it’s best to call before hand. We walked in to order, which took 30 minutes. We ordered the jerk chicken pizza and the oxtail pizza. The service is nice all around and very clean.

First time visiting on 01/16/2025 which was a Friday night. Parking was tight but doable. Preface, we preordered our food. Upon entering, it was a mad house in a good way. Our food was quite ready and this allowed us to look around and take it all in.
Anyhow, we ordered the oxtails and jerk chicken with rice and peas and cabbage. Get back to the food later. The restaurant inside eating is small and has only two booths and both were being occupied by take out customers (bummer). We wanted to sit down. Now checking out was interesting. The young lady had gloves on. Either she wanted to protect her nails or she thought by having them on it was sanitary. I say this because she never changed them out while handling food, working the register or taking orders. Maximum cross contamination.
The food….oxtails were NOT tender off the bone. They were quite tough meaning someone pulled them too soon. Major disappointment. Now, the chicken was very good. along with everything else. Also, had a couple of beef patties —- tasty! Overall the experience in a small Jamaican restaurant was to be expected with the constant traffic.
Will we return? Absolutely, we want to experience some good oxtails as I know they are capable of making them properly. Will update soon!

I just had to make a post because I had the greatest experience at Paradise Jamaican Restaurant and Pizza. I had seen so many raves and reviews on their oxtail pizza. I happened to be in Apopka so I had to make an order and give it a try. I ordered online. I got the large anticipating we were gonna love it. Was starving right then so I ordered a beef patty and a chicken patty. When I got there I was greeted and warmly welcomed. The place was packed with people waiting for orders and placing orders. Always a good sign. He asked me if I wanted the spicy beef or regular. I chose the mild because my husband is sensitive to too much spice, but I promised to try spicy next time. Well, both of the pastries were delicious and crisp. But that pizza… OMG! I can’t say enough about it. My husband has been wanting oxtails for a while and this was a great opportunity to do this. I have to say, the best oxtails I’ve ever had. I’m not a complete expert on them but, OH MAN, this pizza … Plenty of oxtail and oxtail sauce on it and just the right amount of cheese. I’m a sauce girl and prefer a nice sauce to overloading on cheese. The crust was amazing as well. I was truly impressed by my meal. Even if you are unsure about oxtail you will not be disappointed. For the squeemish or unsure, just think pot roast on steroids. You won’t regret it. Thank me later.

And when I was leaving someone was jockeying for my space from the side so I had to squeeze out on the front drive. There is maybe 4 or more tables inside. I shared a table with a nice gentleman while I waited because I was early for pickup. So run , don’t walk to try them out.

Mannn where to start first all Oxtails and Jerk Chicken on a pizza is crazy work. Not only is the pizza beyond amazing but it’s worth the hype and price. The fried snapper is seasoned to perfection and bursting with nothing but flavor. Paradise is one of the best Caribbean restaurants out there next to Negril on Silver Star Road. A must try for show.

Drove about 40 minutes to try their jerk chicken/oxtail pizza! I called my order in so there was no wait time the food was amazing! I also had the conch soup and will definitely be back for more! Everyone was friendly! Great experience!

My family love it here. My sons loves the rice and peas, and my daughter loves the patties. This food is great, the owners are very kind people, and they treated us like family when we arrived.
