This place is a scam wrapped in ice. The owner is unbelievably rude—messes up your order, then acts like you’re the problem. Against all common sense, I gave them a second chance. Big mistake. My wife ordered their “famous seasonal Hawaiian shaved ice” and got… a slushy. Not shaved ice. Not even close.
This isn’t a business, it’s a joke. Zero pride, zero quality, zero respect for customers. If you enjoy being ripped off and disrespected, this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

We went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. The owner was so kind and helpful with any questions we had. And the shaved ice was amazing! Definitely try it with a snow cap or with ice cream inside. We loved our experience!

My husband and I just got back from Hawaii and we were OBSESSED with the Shave Ice there. As soon as we came home to Cincinnati we made it our mission to find a place as close to Ululani’s as possible. I’m happy to announce that Paradise Ice IS that place!
This is such a sweet little spot. We were greeted by the owners and had an incredible experience. We drove about 30 minutes to try it and it was well worth the trip out.
The owner recommended the Lava Lava Mocktail which was delicious. We are so excited to come back.

Took my cousin here for her 1st time, and she fell in love! Paradise Ice never disappoints! Its definitely a great affordable treat on a nice evening and bonus they have space for kids to run around and be free! This year, they are also trying out a drive-thru option, which I think is amazing for those who want to just swing in and go! I am looking forward to many more trips there this year

If you find yourself cruising by this joint, do yourself a favor and STOP! Seriously, this is the best Hawiaan shaved ice I’ve had in ages.
The ice is shaved so finely it’s light, fluffy almost, and mixes with the flavoring and add ons so well. Trust the staff for recommendations and/or the created specials.
The vibe is so chill (pun definitely intended) with shaded outdoor seating and pleasant views. Take a load off and savor your ice.
We live over an hour away and have made trips just to visit this place. Do it, you won’t be disappointed!

Always a must stop when I am visiting home! Never disappoints! We’ve been visiting here since it’s first season open. Although it’s a lot more popular now, the quality and service remains unchanged. The best shaved ice I’ve ever had. Ice cream in the bottom and snow caps are a must!

This is really good shaved ice. Its comparable to Snowie, but something they do that I’ve not seen is allow the option to snowcap or get ice cream added. The vanilla ice cream in the bottom isn’t necessary, but the snow cap is really cool. I would recommend getting a double of that.
